The French have used that platform to launch many of their attacks, and they have yet to be tested apart from a short period against Italy. Even away from home, France should be too strong for Scotland.

Even taking into account Scotland's much improved form at home, this game looks sure to go to France. The Scots struggled to a slim and undeserved win in Wales, lost to Italy, and beat England. Even that win was helped by some ill discipline from the English. The French are unlikely to be as generous. The 10.5 start is just 2 tries extra for the French. That looks doable to me.
