Unraced as a two-year-old, she had a highly successful three-year-old campaign, winning three of her four starts. Her only defeat came in a 10f Group 3 contest at Naas, finishing 2nd. She showed herself capable of further progress at that level or higher when landing a decent prize at Gowran on her final start. Big player today.

Seemed unfancied in the betting when making her debut in a 7f maiden at Leopardstown on her only start so far. Ran a race full of promise to finish a 7-length second of 10 in a one-mile maiden at Leopardstown and returns here going up in distance, which should suit. Looks a big player.

The winner of two of his three starts as a two-year-old, he returned to action from a short break when making his handicap debut on the AW over 6f at Southwell in March. The drop back in trip didn’t help. His mark isn’t a generous one, but he should be capable of winning races from it, especially when stepping back up to 7f, so he probably has place claims today.

Looked badly in need of the experience in a couple of two-year-old maidens. The best was her last run at Gowran when she kept on to finish 4th over an extended mile. A lot more to come this season, starting out over further, which should suit.

Quite a well-bred individual, related to three winners, and showed promise on his only start as a two-year-old when finishing a close third in a Newmarket maiden over a mile. He was clearly in need of the experience then and has the potential to show a lot more improvement this season. While longer trips will probably suit him more, he can't be discounted kept to a mile for his return and AW debut.

After winning at Taunton in November, he ran with credit in his next two starts, all at Taunton over three miles, despite being raised 11 lb by the handicapper following a win at Exeter in November. He was below that form back at Exeter last time, when the run might have been needed after a short break. Following that run, he should give his running again and be bang there at the line.

Was back over fences for the first time since joining this yard at Ayr three starts ago. Ran poorly on the previous try and showed promise for the future. Was held up then and jumped well to finish a never-nearer 2nd over 20f. Not so good at Down Royal next time, over shorter and on heavy ground, but ran better last time at Carlisle when kept to two miles. Is back in novice company here, going up in trip, and is well worth considering.

Was much improved on his second start over hurdles at Fairyhouse in January when fifth of 18 over 20f. He ran to a similar level next time at Thurles over a similar trip. He ran okay on his handicap debut last time at Leopardstown, finishing in midfield over a slightly shorter trip. There should be improvement to come at some stage, and he can reward each-way support.

Had shown a fair level of ability in bumpers and over hurdles when trained in France, and wasn’t disgraced on his first start for this yard when in midfield at Cheltenham over 17f. He stepped up on that effort when a respectable fifth over 16f at Ascot and improved further at Market Rasen last time over a slightly longer trip. There should be more to come now he moves into handicaps in a first-time tongue tie, and he looks to have decent claims.

Put up his best effort over hurdles two starts ago at Cork when 5th of 12 over 17f. That should have restored his confidence a little, having fallen on his previous start. We didn’t see any real improvement last time at Gowran, encountering heavy ground for the first time. Handicaps over a longer trip now come along and will hopefully see big improvement and him make the frame at likely big odds.

Has run to just a modest level over hurdles so far, but had some useful form on the flat previously. He ran a lot better than the result might suggest when 7th of 12 on his handicap debut at Fairyhouse last time. He was given plenty to do but couldn't make much late progress in the heavy ground. He can do a lot better here, up slightly in trip on better ground.

Ran better than for a while at Windsor two starts ago when third over two and a half miles, finishing the race off well, but failed to back that up over a significantly longer trip back there next time. A return to three miles last time at Sandown saw a stronger performance when sixth of eight, not beaten that far. Kept to that trip here from a 2 lb lower mark makes him worth considering.

Made a promising Rules debut at Cheltenham on New Year's Day, finishing 4th in a reasonable Class 2 event over 20f. He was staying on nicely then. While he finished last of three at Hereford two starts ago, he seemed to find the trip on the short side. He ran poorly over a longer trip on his handicap debut last time at Taunton. Connections made an early switch to chasing with him at this track over a shorter trip. He wasn't disgraced in finishing 3rd, shaping as though a longer trip like this would suit, so looks an interesting runner.

Had been off for 12 months when his attention was turned to hurdles rather than fences. He finished a close-up 2nd in his first three starts, all over two miles. He went up in trip for his handicap debut in a more competitive race and found the test too much. He should stay this far, and hopefully he can get back on track eased in grade.

Appeared to be close to his best when finishing fourth over 2m1f at Ludlow back in February, when he finished the race off in good style. He failed to build on that apparent improvement when pulled up over this trip at Newcastle last time. He was never really travelling then, so needs to bounce back if he’s to capitalise on a falling mark.

That run gives hope for better to come, and, having been eased a couple of lbs by the handicapper, shouldn’t be far away.

Put up an improved performance on his 2nd start over hurdles when 2nd in a big-field novice at Huntingdon but was below that level last time at Wincanton when in midfield; he was too keen. He is built for chasing, but there should be further improvement to come over hurdles before making that switch. He looks the one to give the short-priced favourite a race here.

Bounced back to form at Wetherby two starts ago when 6th of 9 in a 19f handicap, having been pulled up on his previous three starts. He failed to build on that, though, when stumbling and unseating at the 9th over a slightly longer trip at Doncaster last time. Those poor runs have dropped his mark by 15 lbs, and he now races off a mark 8 lbs below his last winning mark. He will need to jump better if he’s to feature or capitalise on it.

Took a step up from hurdles debut when a close-up 4th over 17f at this track two starts ago, defying odds of 50/1. Ran to a similar level at Newcastle last time when occupying the same finishing position. Shaped as though further would ideally suit on both of those starts and goes up in trip for this handicap debut in a first-time tongue tie. Looks interesting.
