There should be plenty of improvement to come and looks to hold strong claims over a longer trip and from a 2lb lower mark.

Ran over the same distance at Ayr next time but, having looked like the winner a furlong out, weakened out of things. Dropped into claiming company two starts ago at Ballinrobe and fared okay to finish 4th before finishing a respectable 5th of 12 at Tipperary last time back in handicap company but stepped up to 12f on his first start for this yard. Kept to that trip here and from a 2lb lower mark should go close.

Seemed to have learnt plenty from that initial effort when a close 3rd over the same trip at Ascot last time, again finishing the race off well. Looked all set to win again at Kilbeggan in June when unseating her rider at the last flight when appearing to be going better than the eventual winner. Went up a couple of pounds and dropped back in distance back at that track next time and was beaten less than a length from a mark of 117. Up slightly in trip back in a non-handicap at Killarney last time but was well below her best. Can bounce back here, up further in trip, and won’t be far away.

Improving steadily with racing this season and wasn't beaten far when 6th of 17 over 5f at York two starts ago and again at Epsom next time before losing out in a photo finish over 5f at Newcastle. Ran better than the result might suggest at this track last time when 6th on Good to Firm ground. Has a tendency to start slowly, but if avoiding that, he should be bang there, although the ground will again be quicker than ideal.
