Races off a similar mark here, going up in trip, and looks to have a good chance of regaining the winning thread if staying.

Ran with Promise in a couple of bumpers when trained by David Pipe before moving to this yard. Sent straight over hurdles, he had a pretty busy first season over the smaller obstacles, winning one of his nine starts. Stays further than this, and if raring to go following a six-month break, can feature.

He's run well since losing his maiden tag at Wexford at the end of May and hasn't been beaten far in many of his subsequent starts. The latest was when 2nd over 20f at Listowel from a mark of 108. Races off a slightly higher mark here over the same trip and is unlikely to be far away.

Made up into a decent two mile chaser last season and ran with credit in a couple of big handicaps without landing one. Made his return in a 17f chase at Kelso last month after a 5 month absence and having raced prominently was worn down late on. Back at a sharp two miles here and expected to go close.

She hasn’t won for over 12 months but has been placed on several occasions, including at Galway three starts ago. She wasn’t beaten far in 5th over an extended two miles and then appeared to improve when 3rd at Ballinrobe over a significantly longer trip. She wasn’t in anything like the same form at Listowel last time back down in trip, but back up in trip here, she can get back on track and won’t be far away.

Was making a highly satisfactory debut over fences at Downpatrick when unseating his rider at the last and would have probably finished 2nd had he completed. Raced off the same mark, up in trip, at Ballinrobe next time but wasn’t in the same form and connections reverted to hurdles last time at Listowel when 6th of 16 over 22f which seemed to stretch his stamina. Slightly shorter trip should suit kept to the smaller obstacles and chances have to be respected.

Form has been a bit in and out but had been racing over 7f, which is not enough of a stamina test based on some of those efforts. It failed to improve for a slightly longer trip and first-time blinkers at Leopardstown two starts ago. That aid was quickly dispensed with and replaced by cheekpieces for his next start at Roscommon, where he was a close-up 5th over a slightly shorter trip. All the headgear was dispensed with last time at Bellewstown when a close 2nd, and from the same mark, switched to the AW, can't be discounted if in the same form.

He has left his bumper form well behind since switching to hurdling and signed off last season with a victory in an extended two-mile listed event at the Galway Festival at the end of July. He starts off for a new yard on his return to action over a slightly longer trip and looks a major player, probably in for another good season.

Lost his maiden tag over an extended 10f at Chester on his return from a 7 month break and followed that up with a close 2nd at Doncaster over a similar trip. The form of his next effort at Ascot reads pretty well despite finishing 8th of 19 on his handicap debut when only beaten 6 lengths and has run to a similar level in three subsequent starts. Should give his running again and can reward each way support.

Didn’t give herself a chance of staying an extended mile trip last time, but every chance of doing better back at 7f with first-time blinkers tried.

Been running well without winning and was a staying on 3rd of 12 over 7f at Goodwood despite seemingly not suited by that particular track. Races off the same mark here, and this slightly stiffer track might see him back in the winner's enclosure for the first time in 18 months.

Hadn’t shown a great deal in her first three starts, but there was a lot more to like about her handicap start at Ballinrobe in mid-July when she finished a close-up 4th over the longest trip she’d raced over. She was kept to that sort of trip at Gowran next time, and in finishing a keeping on 7th of 16, suggested she needed a greater stamina test. Got that last time at Roscommon and put up a better performance over the 12f trip. Up slightly in distance today from a lower mark and looks an interesting runner.

Finished a close up 4th on her debut at Leopardstown over 7f. Was keeping on steadily then and it was a similar story over the same trip in listed company last time at the same track. There should be more improvement to come and can’t be kept out of calculations if handling the slightly softer ground conditions.
