Golf is my game, and my tips can, at times, pay dividends . I'm no expert regarding horse racing, but I'm improving due to following some of the OLBG members here who seem better than the pros. Football, rugby, snooker, tennis and some American sports are others I take an interest in.

The Christian Williams trained Prince Cleni found his form, following a few mediocre performances, in his last race 16 days ago, finishing a good second in a 26F handicap chase at Fontwell. If keeping that form, the Williams charge has an excellent opportunity to take gold in Southwell's opening 3M chase.

Brooks Koepka is one of the top LIV golfers having won four times to go with his nine wins on the PGA Tour. He is sorely missed on the PGA Tour as are many who went to play on the Saudi backed league. I reckon Koepka is the form horse on the tour, so he gets my backing to chalk up another win in Houston this week.

One of the most improved golfers on the PGA Tour is Sahith Theegala who has one win (The Fortinet Championship in 2023), which should be much more having went close on several occasions including second place finishes at this season's Sentry and RBC Heritage. I'm opting for Theegala to go close to a second PGA title Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio.

I have to side with Scottie Sheffler winning at the tough Muirfield course as he went close in this event in 2023 finishing one off the winning score. Last year's winner Victor Hovland played exceptional golf to win in a play-off with Denny McCarthy. I can't see Hovland or McCarthy producing anything similar to last year's play, but I do believe Sheffler has the game to produce the goods.

The South Korean has played well in recent tournaments including a T-6 at the Players, a tournament he won in 2023, and T-16 at the recent Wells Fargo. The Aidan O'Brien trained City Of Troy ran exceptionally as a 2-y-o winning his three races with relative ease. There was shock when O'Brien's 3-y-o found little in the Qipco 2000 Guineas Stakes having been well supported going off 4/6 and finishing down the field. While he can be forgiven for being too wound up, It's possible a similar response could recur at Epsom.
