He is skilled and talented, capable of racing over 2m, yet his career has been inconsistent due to various setbacks. Previously trained by Willie Mullins, he demonstrated exceptional talent in novice hurdles, highlighted by a commanding 8-length maiden hurdle victory at Naas in 2022. He has established his prowess at this distance, winning on his hurdles debut and securing 4th place in the prestigious Grade 1 Supreme Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham in 2022. Recently he has transitioned to the Nash Stable. He faced defeat in a Punchestown hurdle in late 2025, indicating that he must regain his former peak performance. This impressive 9-year-old has competed at a high level over this trip but tends to require time to shake off the rust. Therefore, considering an each-way bet at generous odds of 125/1 after a significant absence could be a wise choice.

This 5-year-old mare, trained by Peter Lawlor, has limited experience over this trip. She achieved a respectable sixth place in an NH race at Punchestown and in a Point-to-Point race in May 2025 over 3 miles, where she also finished sixth. She may require more experience, but at enticing odds of 80/1, she could prove to be a profitable surprise.

He has proven to be competitive at around this distance but has yet to clinch a victory. He showed progress at a shorter 2m distance, finishing third at Navan in December. While he is on the rise and has the ability to finish in the top ranks at this distance, his record indicates he is a consistent place option rather than a dominant winner at this level, making each-way at reasonable odds a value choice.

50 WIN

He is viewed as having high potential and has already achieved victory over a longer distance, winning a maiden Point-to-Point race over 3m at Loughanmore in April last year. This shows he has sufficient stamina for this trip. Following his PTP win, he transferred from trainer Gerald Quinn to the stable of Willie Mullins. For his Rules debut at Naas, he makes obvious appeal for his Rules career, given his previous success and the move to a top-tier training facility.

He has proven capable of tackling long distances, with multiple competitive runs around 3m at Southwell, where he finished in 2nd and 3rd positions. He also placed 2nd over 3m 1f at Catterick. He is currently in excellent form, recently finishing 2nd in a handicap chase at Sedgefield on Boxing Day. Although he may be testing the boundaries of his stamina over this ground and profile, he looks a solid each-way bet.

He has consistently performed well over slightly longer trips, recently finishing third in a novice chase at Fairyhouse over 2m 5f 150y. Returning to this trip should be more advantageous for him. He achieved his first jumps victory on his chase debut at Gowran Park over 2m 4f on heavy ground, winning as an 18/1 outsider. His recent form in steeplechases suggests this trip is where he can compete effectively. His best runs at this distance have been on yielding or heavy ground, positioning him as a lively each-way contender at 28/1.
