Creatif carries a poor FlatStats rating, and the D O'Meara yard hasn't been in good form of late (1/36, A/E 0.21 over the past fortnight). Meanwhile, Lord Protector carries an even worse FS rating with J Sullivan on board and his awful 4% SR (A/E 0.49) over 10f. It's hard to make a case for the rest of the field, so STS should win by default as well as on merit. The son of Storm The Stars is in search of a fourth-successive win, all coming with C Rodriguez on board. He's been coming along nicely since joining the E Bethell squad and won over C&D on his last appearance in September. Plus, the 4yo carries a lofty top + blue FS rating. A few positive favourite stats boost claims further: Bethell's 67% SR (A/E 1.62) over 10f, the same SR (A/E 2.05) when booking Rodriguez on LLO's (57+ days), and most striking of all being the jockey's 8/8 record (A/E 2.51) over this trip for the yard.
