RenkilAtas's Tips

22nd September 2024
16:30 Italian Challenge Open

David Horsey

25 EW

David is a player who has been DP World tour regular and I think he will return on the tour rather sooner than later. He has four wins on the DP world tour and two on the Challenger tour. This year he has two top 3s on the Challenge tour, and he made the cut in his last seven starts. I will back Horsey to post a top five finish.

Oihan Guillamoundeguy

25 EW

The young French is yet to win on Challenge tour and I think he is very close to do it for the first time. He posted five top 13s in his last seven starts. Furthermore, last week he was leading after day 3 but faded on Sunday. I think he will take his lesson and this week will grab a top 5 at least.
17:30 BMW PGA Championship

Aaron Rai

50 WIN

Rai looks one of the players with the biggest potential from the market leaders. He is short from the tee, but the length will not give significant advantage here. The great iron play of Rai should give him enough edge to better his runner-up finish last year.

Jordan Smith

25 EW

I could not pass by Smith on a juicy odd. The field is rather strong and 60/1 may not look big enough, but if some market leaders was absent than it would be significantly lower. Smith's irons are in superb form, and he posted three top 12s in a row. He has experience here and deserve each way bet.

Justin Rose

25 EW

Rose is one of the most experienced competitors in the field and furthermore he tends to always excel on this tournament. In his last nine stars there he did not make the cut only once as he withdrew. In his entire career he has two runner-up finishes here and looks like a sound each way bet.

Matt Fitzpatrick

25 EW

Fitz is common choice here as he is always suspicious to finish on the top of the table on short, but tough courses like this one. It is no surprise that he has eight cuts made in a row and five top 20s in those stretch. He is coming on the back of three top 28s in a row and looks strong contender for the top 7.

Matteo Manassero

25 EW

The Italian was in contention all the way last week on the Irish open and I think he will use the momentum this week. The key ability here is the irons game and the Italian is great in that department. He is a former winner here back in 2013 and after two top 6s in the last three starts I will stick with him again.
