Slot Details
The Nip Tuck slot has 5 reels, 4 rows and 30 fixed paylines. Winning combinations are formed in a standard way in that you need 3, 4 or 5 matching symbols from left to right and beginning from the leftmost reel, across any payline. Only the highest payout per payline will be awarded.
With a 10p minimum bet per spin, you can play for up to £5 per spin in the UK (or up to £2 a spin if under 25). To change your bet, click/press the Bet amount to see all available options or use the plus and minus buttons. Non-UK players can benefit from Autoplay and Turbo Mode.
The Nip Tuck slot RTP rate is 95.68%: below the average of around 96%, 51.08% is reserved for the base game and 44.6% for the bonus features. Sneaky Slots has also created 94.19% and 92.14% RTP alternative versions. Just so you know: the Niptruck demo above has the highest RTP setting.
In the extreme volatility bracket, the game comes with a 19.28% hit frequency rate: this means a winning combination will land every 5.18 spins, on average. In terms of the free spins, it will take approximately 253 base game spins to trigger.
When it comes to win potential, the Nip Tuck slot game comes with 10,000 x bet max wins. You can expect to win this 1 every 862,000 spins (max win probability rate) with wins of 100 x your total bet or higher every 1 in 615 spins.
Nip Tuck Expert Review
Theme, Audio + Symbols
Set inside what appears to be a shopping mall, the Nip Tuck slot has a cosmetic surgery theme, oddly. The focus is a shop (called Nip Tuck) where you can pick and choose what you want to fix, include eyes, nose and lips: the shop has a limited time 2 for 1 offer too! I’m not sure if the game has been inspired by the Nip/Tuck American medical drama TV series.
With a black and white backdrop, you’ll notice the 80s style soundtrack which, I guess, is a nod to the time when cosmetic surgery became an option to the general public. On the reels, you have low-value M, E, R, C and H symbols. Now, the higher-value symbols are an array of faces which have various parts stuck on (like eyebrows, lips and eyes): The highest-paying symbol awards 25 x your total bet for 5 in combination.
Nip Tuck also comes with a Wild symbol that substitutes for all paying symbols above. Other special symbols include Scanners, Receipt Wilds, Unboxed Multipliers, Free Skins Scatters and Golden Free Skins Scatters. More on these below.
Nip Tuck Mobile
With Sneaky Slots established in late 2025, all their games are compatible with mobile, tablet and desktop devices. If playing on a handheld device, it will display Portrait Mode when using an iOS or Android smartphone. For the best visual experience, a laptop or PC would be my personal choice.
Bonus Features
The Nip Tuck slot has an Assembly Line where feature symbols land. When Scanners appear on the reels where feature symbols land on that Assembly Line, features will be triggered including random wilds, multipliers, big symbols and Receipt Wilds. There is a choice between free spins and a hold ‘n win style game where the bigger wins will come from: with lots of modifiers within these, there are also ‘super’ versions for enhanced winning potential.
Assembly Line
Much like the conveyor belt of clients that are getting cosmetic surgery these days, there is an Assembly Line above the reels (3 positions above the 3 middle reels).
All bonus features appear as symbols in the Assembly Line, which moves right on every spin. On each spin, symbols move 1 position to the right after the last symbol is removed. Scanners can show up on reels that an Assembly Line and are removed when they land on the reels. Scanners that land on the same reel as features activate the features before disappearing. Below are the features that can be triggered:
- Unboxed Multipliers: Multiplier tags are applied to all symbols on the reels when this feature is triggered. Only the highest multiplier that is part of a win will be applied with possible multipliers between 2x and 100x.
- Boost Job: 1 random face symbol is picked to increase in size to 2x2, 3x3 or 4x4. With Receipt Wilds able to be picked, multiple activations of this feature will see a multiplier tag place on the big symbol.
- Receipt Wilds: Substituting for all paying symbols, between 2 and 4 random wilds will be added to the reels. Up to 3 Receipt Wilds can appear on the Assembly Line.
Free Skins Symbols
Look out for Free Skins symbols as up to 3 can appear at once in the Assembly Line:
- 1 Free Skins symbol: land a Scanner below it to trigger the Bonus Pick feature.
- 2 Free Skins symbols: triggers a random feature from the Assembly Line. If no feature is present, the Assembly Line moves to the right to activate a feature:
- 3 Free Skins symbols: this triggers the Bonus Pick feature and allows the Golden Free Skins symbol to appear on the reels for the current spin. If the Golden Free Skins symbol appears, the Super Bonus Hit is triggered instead of the normal one.
If you see 3 Free Skins symbols on the reels in the base game or 1 Free Skins symbol plus a Scanner symbol below it, you will activate the Vouchers feature. Here, you choose from the Free Skins feature or the Lock & Load feature. If you triggered the above with a Golden Free Skins symbol, you’ll play the ‘Super’ versions.
Free Skins and Super Free Skins
Choosing the Free Skins feature will see you get 7 free spins. During the feature, there are 2 Assembly Lines: these guarantee new features on every free spin. Features also remain on the Assembly Line with Scanners appearing more frequently and multipliers doubling when awarded. Look out for Free Skins symbols as these give you 3 extra free spins and upgrade you to the Super Free Skins feature. Bonus Skins symbols will award 2, 3 or 5 additional free spins.
The 2nd Assembly Line appears below the reels and moves from right to left: it catches the falling feature symbols from the 1st Assembly Line. Scanners active features on both Assembly Lines when landing on the 3 middle reels.
The Super Free Skins feature beings with 7 free spins: Multiplier tags remain for the duration of the feature plus there is a very high chance of Scanners landing.
Lock & Load and Super Lock & Load
If you select the Lock & Load feature, you enter the Face Deal screen. With 3 segments, each represents 1 mechanic that is randomly chosen:
- Eyes Segment: Receipt symbols random from 1x to 25x and 30x to 50x.
- Nose Segment: The number of free spins awarded will be between 3 and 7.
- Mouth Segment: Collector, Multiplier or Enhancer symbols can appear.
Once you begin, Receipt, Collector, Multiplier, Enhancer, Free Spins and blank symbols can land on the grid. Receipt and Collector symbols remain in place for the duration of the feature. If you fill the whole grid with symbols, the feature ends.
- Collector symbols: it gathers all values of all Receipt symbols. New Collector symbols will also collect the amount of the previous Collectors.
- Multiplier symbols: it picks a random Receipt symbol and multiplies its value by 3.
- Enhancer symbols: it adds +5 to all Receipt symbols that appear in view.
With the possibility of 1 Free Skins symbol appearing, it will instantly award all visible prizes and trigger the Super Lock & Load feature. This sets the segment values to the newly picked ones with the remaining number of free spins playing out. If you pick the Super Lock & Load feature from the Super Bonus Pick feature, you enter the Face Deal screen. With 3 segments, here is what each segment can award:
- Eyes Segment: Receipt symbols random from 2x to 10x, 10x to 20x, 20x to 30x, 30x to 40x, 40x to 50x and 60x to 100x.
- Nose Segment: The number of free spins awarded will be between 3 and 7.
- Mouth Segment: Collector, Multiplier or Enhancer symbols can appear.
Regarding multipliers, a 5x value is applied to a random Receipt symbol when it lands. The Enhancer adds +10 to all Receipt symbols.
Sneaky Buy
Not available to UK players, the Sneaky Buy feature allows players to buy their way into a bonus feature. Below are all the details:
Option | Description | Cost |
---|---|---|
Unboxed Multiplier | Triggers Unboxed Multipliers feature | 2 x bet |
Receipt Wilds | Triggers Receipt Wilds feature | 4 x bet |
Boost Job | Triggers Boost Job feature | 6 x bet |
Vouchers | Pick from Free Skins or Lock & Load feature | 100 x bet |
Super Vouchers | Pick from Super Free Skins or Super Lock & Load feature | 500 x bet |
There is also a Sneaky Boost feature. For an increased chance of triggering a bonus feature, there are Sneaky and Super Sneaky options:
- Sneaky: costing 2 x bet, the Sneaky symbol is active with 1 or 2 Sneaky symbols triggering a bonus feature.
- Super Sneaky: costs 5 x bet, landing 1 Sneaky symbol triggers a bonus feature with 2 triggering a Super Bonus feature.
Expert Verdict

Sneaky Slots’ first release, Nip Tuck is an unusual slot game with lots of bonus features. Focusing on Assembly Line features, free spins and a hold ‘n win style game, it also offers a unique theme and 10,000 x bet max wins.
The Nip Tuck slot is Sneaky Slots’ first release with the edgy studio not playing it safe. It would have been easy to release a generic ancient Egyptian-themed title for example. Instead, they’ve drawn inspiration from the world of cosmetic surgery, which is a controversial matter in itself.
Anyway, the focus is on the Assembly Line, where feature symbols land. Triggered when a Scanner symbol lands on the same reel, features include multipliers up to 100x, big symbols, Receipt Wilds and random wilds. Then you have the Free Skins feature where even more features can be triggered as there are 2 Assembly Lines: there is higher chance of Scanner symbols, doubling multipliers and much more.
I really like the Lock & Load feature: you begin with the Face Deal screen where segments award Receipt symbols with multipliers up to 50x, free spins and Collector, Multiplier or Enhancer symbols. This hold ‘n win style game appears to be simple but can lead to big wins if the right blend of symbols land during the feature. Then you have ‘Super’ versions of both the free spins and hold ‘n win game which increase your winning potential further.
With 10,000 x bet max wins, the Nip Tuck slot doesn’t play things safe. The theme is out there with Sneaky Slots cramming in lots of bonus features to keep things fresh and interesting. Whilst there isn’t anything revolutionary on offer, it excites me to see what Sneaky Slots will release in future, especially when they incorporate Nolimit City’s xMechanics.
Part of the Evolution Group, it’s clear that Sneaky Slots has the same bold attitude as Nolimit City (also part of the same group) which pleases me as you’ll see games that are different and innovative, at least thematically. Another slot provider that springs to mind is Shady Lady: they are producing games that are different and stand out from the crowd.
