CM Punk is 10/1 to win the 2024 Royal Rumble after he left AEW in dramatic fashion

Bookmakers are already offering odds for the 2024 Royal Rumble with a whole host of names in the running to win one of the biggest events in the WWE calendar.

CM Punk is one of the latest additions to the market after he had his contract terminated by Tony Khan and the AEW at the beginning of September.

Reports from SI.com say that Khan made the decision to fire Punk after feeling physically threatened by the Wrestler after an altercation at AEW's All In at Wembley in August.

Paddy Power make CM Punk a 10/1 shot to win the 2024 Royal Rumble with fans of the WWE hoping that he makes a return to the company after his AEW departure.

The Rock also features in the betting market after he made a surprise return to WWE earlier this month

WWE Superstar The Rock is also part of the betting market to win the 2024 Royal Rumble after his surprise return on Smackdown last week along with Pat McAfee.

The Rock made a long awaited return to the ring in Colorado last Friday with his last appearance before then coming in October 2019 and the comeback went viral.

Of course with most appearances by The Rock it's likely that this will be a one-off but bookies now have him as a 4/1 shot to win the 2024 Royal Rumble.

Where will the 2024 Royal Rumble take place?

The 2024 Royal Rumble will take place at the Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida on January 27 next year.

The Royal Rumble sees 30 wrestlers face off against each other with the winner of the event receiving a Championship match at Wrestlemania later in the year.

Royal Rumble sees the 'Road to Wrestlemania' really get underway with the event geared towards hyping the upcoming Wrestlemania in April the same year.
