Maya Rudolph won an Emmy for playing Harris on SNL back in 2020
Maya Rudolph is set to reprise her role as Kamala Harris after fans urged her to play the Presidential candidate once again, 5 years on from when she won an Emmy for the role.
Reports in Deadline back in July said that Season 3 of Rudolph’s Apple TV+ comedy series Loot had been paused due to scheduling reasons with many saying this is due to SNL.
It would make perfect sense for Rudolph to return as Harris with the build-up to the Presidential Election set to happen in November.
