Liverpool are favourites once more to sign a midfielder with Romeo Lavia now 8/13 to sign for the club this summer after a bid was accepted. It may be Deja Vu once more though after the Moises Caicedo saga with Chelsea reportedly after signing Lavia also with a bid on the way.

Chelsea remain main rivals for the transfer with odds of 11/8 that they sign Lavia this summer

Chelsea are still working on a bid and agreement themselves to sign Lavia and it looks increasingly likely that it'll come down to the midfielder's own preference for where he goes.

The Blues have been extremely busy this summer and Lavia would be one of dozens of signings that they have brought in since Todd Boehly's takeover as they look to compete once more.

The latest odds now say there's a 44% chance that Chelsea sign Lavia this summer with Liverpool remaining favourites with a 61% implied probability they sign him according to those 8/13 odds.
