Brody stars as László Tóth, a Hungarian-born Jewish architect who survives the holocaust and emigrates to the United States to pursue the American dream.
Hype surrounded the movie after it premiered at the 81st Venice International Film Festival and it's now given a 42.1% chance of winning Best Picture according to the latest odds.
