Betting odds look at potential celebrity couples that will appear together with numerous couples over the years attending together in the various themes that the Met Gala holds.
This year's betting market did have Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce as the 1/5 favourites to appear at the event but now PEOPLE have confirmed that Swift is skipping the Met Gala to focus on her Eras Tour European dates.
Acting duo Zendaya and Tom Holland are now the 1/2 favourites to attend the Met Gala together with Zendaya a regular at the event with this year even bigger with the actress now a 2024 Met Gala co-chair.

The theme of the 2024 Met Gala is “The Garden of Time,” which is based on the 1962 short story by J.G. Ballard.
The story sees Ballard look at using flowers as symbols of youth and beauty and it may well be that we see a lot of floral outfits at the event this year.
Some of the celebrity attendees may look at the Garden aspect but we're expecting some to focus on Time too with clock faces expected by someone.
Cardi B has been known to be extravagant with the themes at previous Met Gala events and she is the 5/1 favourite to be the most 'on theme' this year with Vogue choosing her as the top place last year.
