Joey Chestnut is the heavy favourite to win Netflix's Unfinished Beef this weekend
There's a massive face-off in the competitive eating world this week with Joey Chestnut facing Takeru Kobayashi live on Netflix on September 2 and UK betting sites now offer odds.
Kobayashi has been retired for a number of months now after calling it quits earlier this year due to health concerns, but he will come out of retirement to face Chestnut here.
Chestnut himself didn't participate in Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest this year after having a sponsorship with a rival company but instead he competes here competitively.
The two haven't faced off in Nathan's competition since back in 2009 and 15 years on we see them going up against each other here and it's Chestnut who comes into this unsurprisingly as favourite.
Chestnut is seen as the GOAT of competitive eating and is expected to showcase that here with Paddy Power's latest betting market putting him as short as 1/10 to win.

Netflix hoping to get big views on their live competition
Netflix will air Chestnut vs. Kobayashi: Unfinished Beef live on their platform on September 2 with the show set to air at 8pm UK time.
The streaming service is ramping up its live events with Jake Paul v Mike Tyson also airing live on Netflix in November this year.
Netflix have also signed an exclusive deal to air WWE Raw every week starting from 2025 in a massive signing.
