  • England have just under an EVENS chance to stay unbeaten for their remaining qualifiers
  • Looking at previous fixtures, Hungary tie set to be toughest at odds of 4/9
  • Other specials to look at including England to win the World Cup and Euros at 40/1!

England's chances of remaining unbeaten at 50.2%

England has had a terrific qualifying campaign for the 2022 Qatar World Cup and bookmakers expect that to continue with odds of around 0.99/1 that they remain unbeaten.

This is based on previous fixtures between their opponents as every team has already played each other once so far this qualifying campaign.

England's only slight blip on their record so far was against Poland in a 1-1 draw after conceding a 92nd minute equaliser, but that was the second time England faced Poland and will be happy they won't have to do it again.

San Marino and Andorra both feature in England's remaining 4 qualifiers and at odds of 1/250 and 1/100 respectively it looks like Gareth Southgate's men will breeze past them according to bookies.

Opponent Odds (based on previous fixtures in this qualifying campaign) Probability of England win
Andorra (9th October 19:45pm) 1/100 99%
Hungary (12th October 19:45pm) 4/9 69.2%
Albania (12th November 19:45pm) 4/11 73.3%
San Marino (15th November 19:45pm) 1/250 99.6%

Hungary set to be toughest tie for England

England are set to play Hungary in the upcoming round of World Cup Qualifiers and Gareth Southgate's men will be looking for a repeat performance of the last time the two sides met.

Southgate's side were expecting a tricky, hostile atmosphere and that's what they received in a game marred with controversy with a section of Hungarian fans repeatedly racially abusing the England players.

Four second half goals however made sure that England were winners in style and the 4-0 final scoreline was more than deserved.

England were odds of 4/9 to win that they and they could well be even shorter this time round after such a good performance.

England are just under EVENS to stay unbeaten this campaign and Hungary seem like the toughest opponents left for Gareth Southgate's men.

Other appealing specials for England to succeed

It's been suggested that these are peak years for England on the field, with one of the best squads in recent memory available to be selected for Gareth Southgate.

England themselves are as short as 1/100 to win their World Cup Qualifying Group and it looks all but certain that that will happen after the next round of fixtures.

If England were to push on and actually win a major tournament, bookies are offering odds of 7/1 that England were to win the 2022 Qatar World Cup.

There are even specials for England to win the 2022 World Cup and the 2024 Euros at odds of 40/1, which will surely be a dream for every single England fan.

The Qatar World Cup odds make for interesting reading, with Brazil top of the odds with betting sites to win the trophy for a record sixth time.

Qatar 2022 World Cup Winners Odds Probability
Brazil 11/2 15.4%
France 6/1 14.3%
England 7/1 12.5%
Spain 8/1 11.1%
Germany 10/1 9.1%
