VALORANT is 1/2 favourite to win Game of the Year at the upcoming Esports Awards

The voting is still open for the 2023 Esports Awards with so many categories available and one of the main ones on the night will be the Game of the Year with some massive titles going against each other.

Bookies have VALORANT as the favourite to win Game of the Year at the Esports Awards with the odds for it to win shortening in the past month from 3/1 to the 1/2 that it's currently at now.

VALORANT was released by Riot Games back in 2020 and three years on it still remains a massive player in the Esports scene with around 20m average players-per-month playing the game.

The latest betting market now suggests that there's a 66% chance of VALORANT winning Game of the Year for the second year in a row after winning it at the 2022 ceremony.

Spanish streamer Ibai Llanos moves into odds-on to win Streamer of the Year

Ibai Llanos has also seen his odds move in the latest betting markets for the Esports Awards with his odds to win Streamer of the Year now going into odds-on.

Llanos is a massive streamer across Spanish speaking territories with more than 15m followers on Twitch and view counts in the millions on his streams.

His odds to win Esports Streamer of the Year were at 5/2 last month but he's now been backed into 4/6 to win the award in the category that he also won last year.

When does the 2023 Esports Awards take place?

This year's Esports Awards will take place in Las Vegas, NV on November 30, 2023 which is the same venue that the 2022 show was held in.

Voting remains open for the awards with the voting remaining open for the next two months before the show takes place.
