Didn't look her best at 6f in only defeat; however, the trainer didn't blame the trip, and to the eye, she looked like 6f would suit at Newbury. With so much of the market being taken up by the favorite, who in my opinion has no chance, it is a bet.

A debut win for the 2yo during May and some good runs in defeat since, including two Group 2 races. Not beaten far five weeks ago in a £134K 19 runner sales race while giving plenty of weight away. He's closely matched with the fav 'Tadej' on their Royal Ascot meeting but the selection has a 7lb pull in the weights with that one now. He's now weighted to go well in this sales race.

Clive Cox has won the last two runnings of this valuable sales race & goes for the hat-trick with the selection. Rossa Ryan, last year's winning jockey, takes over for the first time & seeing as the last 10 winners have been drawn below 15, the ten berth looks fine too.

Rikki Tiki Tavi is one of the highest-rated horses here on official ratings and looks great value at 20/1. He has a nice high draw (high draws favored by the going stick readings) and won well from the front end last time at Thirsk.

There's a very interesting sire angle for this outsider here, and at 50/1, he looks worthy of e/w interest. The horse's sire has a very good record with his 2yo colts over this distance (44101153052), with around half of them making the frame. This race often has many big-priced horses in the frame due to the limited form on offer, and that breeding stat suggests he could be one of the likelier types if there is to be a surprise.
