A dour stayer and a respectable fourth in the Midlands National over 4 miles and 2 furlongs in the last race of last season. Twice a course-and-distance winner and will be fitter for four runs in the last three months since the Midlands National. Pulled up after making a mistake at Lingfield 10 days ago but is usually a sound jumper and should be staying on here.
