Interesting that Richard Spencer should bring up two horses - an unraced 2yo and a runner in Wild Thoughts making its handicap debut, having run over 5 and 6f previously. He has also been gelded over the winter and Saffie Osborne takes the ride. All positive and curious, but could well be worth an each-way play.

An open-looking mile handicap where Harswell River appeals at a big-looking 20/1. He made a good seasonal reappearance and goes well here. He will relish the firmer going.

Started her racing career off with an 8l 7th of 10 on her only run on turf so far, over a furlong shorter at Haydock on Good. Her mark today of 59 looks a little too high based on that, but only by a few pounds, and first-time visor could allow further improvement. Mixed on the AW after, but a return to turf could suit. Four places on offer.

CD 2nd last September off a pound higher when today's jockey rode on GS. Poor just 4 days ago when returning at Ripon, and, providing he's none the worse for that effort (was eased when beaten), he could have a good chance here. Needs to show he can handle the faster ground, but so do plenty of others.
