Ishe Worth Agamble looks a solid contender now returning to turf, where his better form has been shown. His recent all-weather runs haven’t been inspiring, but they’ve had the benefit of dropping his mark to 62, which gives him a more favourable starting point for this turf campaign. Looking back to last season, he produced consistent efforts in similar company. He was 3rd at Leicester over 6f in a Class 5 handicap, beaten just ¾L by a winner now rated 79, and also finished a close 2nd at Ayr over 6f on good ground, beaten a short head off 64. He also has a previous win at Doncaster over 6f off 56, showing he handles conditions. Now back on a sound surface, in a 0??'65 off a reduced mark, everything looks set up for a strong run. Having also won off a similar break last season, fitness may not be a major concern. With conditions in his favour and a workable handicap mark, Ishe Worth Agamble looks to have a very good chance here.
