If you are able to look past the last race that Moon Target ran (was a bit exposed to a biting headwind), then the previous race is working out well in what looks like a pretty hot Moyglare race (won by the same horse, Precise). Good chance here.

Awaken has only had four runs, but back in June was a decent second in a G3 on GF and made all on the follow-up C4. Although a bit down the pack on a G3 last time out, that was on soft, and I think the return to firmer ground today and the step up to 7f could see her back in the money each way.

Ed Walker’s filly really impressed on debut when winning around Nottingham in early August and I fancy The Prettiest Star can have a big say in this Stakes race. The step up from six furlongs to seven should be right in the wheelhouse and I am siding with The Prettiest Star taking this.

Touleen stood out to me as being solid here, but clearly the market agrees. So I think in an open race otherwise, Sukanya is tempting with Marquand taking the ride. She’s got better form than her price, in particular having Kilashee Warrior a couple of lengths behind last time, who previously finished a similar distance behind Smexy. That horse was beaten well by a 108-rated Composing, but it's still some fair form for this level and perhaps a tad underrated at the odds available. On the same line, she wasn’t far behind Precise at Goodwood, who went on to win the Group 1 Molyglare having Composing in behind, which adds further substance to her claims. She’s vulnerable to something more exposed but looks solid enough at the odds.

Sacraments Green was impressive on debut and looks like there's lots more in the locker. In the hands of Karl Burke, running at over 20% the last week or so, not without a chance.

Form of 4-3-1-1 looks great on paper, so why not keep that form up at a huge price with 3 places on offer? Big step up, but improvement could be there.
