This is one of my tracker horses from its debut, where it ran on despite running green and was unlucky not to catch the winner. On its second run it ran like it still needed the experience and ran on impressively. I expect this to have learnt a lot and maybe take advantage of the favourite on its debut. This one is probably running to about a 75 rating, so the newcomer won't have to be special but may need its first run. I'd take this as the value bet today.

My two tips in this race are both risky, im trying two who may run well at good odds , horses 5 and 8 are the two with the best chances in all honesty. This horse ran well in defeat over a longer distance last time, led for parts of that race until fading late on , drops in trip here which may be more suitable. From a top yard, has time for improvement.

Risky tip, small each-way tip only. The trainer has a couple of horses in this race at very big odds, both definitely need improvement but its still early days in their careers, they may do better in time. Saddle Up ran a poor race over a shorter distance on the AW surface last time, outpaced in that race so maybe this step up in distance will see an improved effort. Very, very risky tip.
