Gogo Yubari won here in Dec off a 52 and took on 3 lbs. While not so good at Southwell last week, she did win by a bigger margin off a 55 this week. While under a 5 lbs penalty today, he has Harry Vigors in the saddle claiming 7 lbs and could be bang in there again, if it's not too soon.

Course- and distance-winner Hint Of Humour is running off a fair mark. He is only 3 lbs higher than his last win and should have the race run to suit.

FAUSTUS looks a nice bet to take this 5f sprint handicap in my view. Although there are a few who like to lead here, the selection is as quick as any and may still be able to take them along. A replacement for one of my favourite horses of the past, Pettochside, John Bridger's 8-y-o handles artificial surfaces well and looks back to a decent mark. What adds icing to the cake is that cheek pieces return after a fair few runs without.

Not suited by the wide draw (8 of 8) over this trip at Wolverhampton last time out. Eased a pound by the handicapper, and Ryan Kavanagh on top takes a valuable-looking 5-pound claim.

8-year-old gelding sired by Swiss Spirit likes it here at Lingfield. Breeding suggests he should. He is below his last handicap win off 65 in September 2025 and has a jockey back on board who has won on him several times. Could front-run and try to make all.

Statistically, this is a standout value proposition. She is showing significantly more improvement and brings a dangerous profile to this contest.

The 4-year-old filly has 1 win from 9. She has had three runs this winter. Two starts back she wasn’t far off a place finish in a stronger handicap than this one today. Racing wide throughout did not help last time out. She is on a much reduced mark now and was rated 21 lb higher on her handicap debut last year.
