A case can be made for the majority. Kranjcar at 7/1 is tremendous value as I envisaged 4/1. He's reluctantly passed over for WICHAHPI. She's out of Sioux Nation and she's hinted her turn may be near. She's a course and distance winner, a three-time winner of this going. Granted better fortune than what she's had of late, she is a massive runner in this off a falling mark. Stable enjoys a decent run of things. I envisaged around 13/2, so at 8/1 or bigger on the exchanges, getting a little value with 4 places.

The horse scored a win in December at Doncaster in July. The horse performs well at a distance of 6 furlongs on both good to soft and good to firm ground. Its current handicap mark is becoming favorable.

Kranjcar has been in excellent form recently, winning twice at Brighton and also at Lingfield. He defied a career-high mark and a 5 lbs penalty to win at Brighton last week and is worth backing to overcome another 5 lbs penalty and bring up the hat trick.

The horse won over six furlongs at Chepstow three months back. It has also won over track and trip on good to soft ground. In an open-looking handicap, it has appeal at double-figure prices.

Good stable, consistent this season. Placed in 4 of its 5 runs, second in its last 2 runs. Beaten 2.75 lengths by Starproof at Ffos Las, recorded an RPR of 69. Last time out beaten 1.25 lengths by Smooth Silesie, kept on inside final furlong, recorded an RPR of 74. Worth an interest.

Bumped 5lb for a runaway win last time, but she's won off 2-3 pounds higher last autumn. Well drawn around the middle-high draw, this CD winner should be able to dictate the pace of the race and hopefully be there at the finish.

Yazaman has become a little frustrating since running up a four-timer last season but it must be remembered that he started that sequence on a mark of 50, ending up with his fourth success off an official rating of 62. There have been some decent efforts off higher marks and he finds himself on 59 today. Yazaman has been noted keeping on recently on the stiff finishes at Beverley and Carlisle. The difference today is the step up in trip to 6 furlongs on another stiff finish and it is hoped that this can do the trick. Forecast good to soft ground suits as would drying conditions. His stable has saddled recent winners. Mark Winn knows the horse which is a help as one never has to give up pushing on this lad. Possibly still too high in the weights but Yazaman can keep on into the places today.

A Rod Millman trained 3-year-old who has had 12 races on the flat, winning twice and has finished in the frame 3 times. Her last win came at Goodwood in a class 5 fillies handicap over 6f on good going when leading 2 furlongs out to win by a length. She is in a class 5 handicap over 6f on good to soft going and has George Wood in the saddle, who finished 2nd on her here at Leicester in July in a class 5 handicap over 6f on good to firm going. She has been running well since she has been wearing blinkers, not getting beaten by a big distance. Has a good e/w shout in this race today.

Bay Breeze has a solid record at this class with 9 runs, 5 wins, and 2 places, giving a 56% win rate and 78% place rate. She has 41 career runs over this distance with 7 wins and 7 places, showing a 17% strike rate for wins and 34% for places. D Fentiman rides for T D Easterby. Effective on all ground, especially with some give, she can threaten if settling better here.

Good stable, ex-Irish. Looked in need of its stable debut run last month after a 9-month break. Rear early, some headway over 1 furlong out, weakened final furlong and not punished. Finished 9th, beaten 6.5 lengths by Vinatera at Southwell. Should come on for that run and a big run expected.

Just three career runs for the 3yo filly. A better effort three weeks ago when 3rd in a maiden race over this 6f trip, seeing the race out. She was given a good 68 RPR rating for that run. No chance behind a nice winner, rated 80, but she was just behind the runner-up who has run well since. The 4th came into the race in good form and had a 71 rating. Unexposed and can build on that last effort. The handicapper may have gotten her opening handicap rating wrong and her 58 mark looks pretty lenient.

This one will be fitter for the last time out run, and they have got a good jockey booking/change. Worth a small each-way saver bet for the 4 places available.
