Unexposed 3yo, just six career runs. Solid turf form last year and was beaten under a length in a 19-runner £52K handicap last Aug ??' only a lb higher tonight for this £6K handicap. His one career start on the AW resulted in a 2L maiden win. He can return stronger after a five-month break. A good 5 lb claiming apprentice is booked for the ride. He's ridden five winners for a nice 28% strike rate in the last two weeks.

Alasrae did well when last out in January, winning a C4 maiden by nearly 2L. Prior to that, she was a good second here in a novice in December. Although not so good in the two handicap runs in December in C5 off a 74, the second of those only missed out by 2L after a duff start. Worth another shot at a better getaway. EW

Eternal Solace returns from a short break with serious upside after a run where she was caught wide on a frantic pace and beaten into fifth off this mark. Her two wins include course wins at 6f and placed efforts at 7f, so she has the talent at this trip on the AW. As a 3yo Tasleet filly, she's bred to sprint well fresh and Marquand's booking caught my eye also, and this is a Class 4 handicap so she should have more cover available and can dictate matters midfield before quickening late. To me, she has clear potential to rate higher than 83.
