The horse has looked a tricky ride on occasion since, so the jockey booking is a major plus, and the horse looks well in here on some of his excellent novice race form.

The stable doesn't send many runners out of late, but they were once prolific winners in years gone by. They get the odd winner with their runners nowadays, and this one could give them another. He has run well in all 4 races over 7f so far, winning once. The step up to 8f today could be a good move after staying on well in each race and not being beaten far.

A 4 year old Irish horse, he drops a grade today but has won over 7 furlongs at Newbury and 8 furlongs at Salisbury. 8 furlongs today will suit with trainer Charles Hills in good form and regular jockey Billy Loughnane booked to ride.

Richard Hannon used the useful Tyrese Cameron to deliver a win from Witch Hunter at Newcastle on Sunday, and looks to perform a similar trick with Talis Evolvere here. His last run at Ascot can be ignored as it was on soft ground, which he doesn't handle. He has some good course form, and his mark has dropped to what looks like a very manageable point, especially with the seven-pound claim being used.

Already a three-time all-weather winner between 7f and 1m, all on Polytrack, he has proven credentials under these exact conditions. Last time over 1m at Kempton he finished midfield, beaten around 4 lengths, which wasnt a bad run at all at the price. His last run at lingfield over a mile he finished 5th but there were only 2.5 lengths in it from the winner so hes definitely capable at this mark. Finley Marsh had a cracking night at kempton last week having 5 rides, winning 2 and placing in 2. Notimeforchitchats 2 handicap wins have come at kempton with Marsh in the saddle so at 16/1 he looks like a big value play here.
