He finished 2nd here on chase debut behind Chess Player, beaten just over 3L by the winner. His other 2nd place finish here rates the strongest form in this lineup. He bumped into a useful horse in Regarde, beaten 6L by the winner. That horse placed off 120 LTO. Clearly, he's bumped into a handicap blot (he was beaten by the selection off a mark of just 94). All things considered, he would look to hold sound enough place claims if the lack of run and wind surgery don't hinder his chances.
