Bud Fox was very impressive when winning a very competitive bumper at the Punchestown Festival back in May. He then cruised through the race in a Listed bumper at Cheltenham in November before weakening close home. Initially it looked a bit disappointing, but all of Gavin Cromwell's horses were running terribly at the time, and he could come on massively now the stable's runners are running much better.
