Cameletta Vega started her career with a win in a bumper at this meeting last year and returned to the winner's enclosure last time, switching to hurdles at Cork, making all to comfortably win a mares' maiden hurdle 82 days ago. She made one mistake at Cork, but otherwise, she looked a decent hurdler in the making and could cope with the rise in class.

Won impressively on hurdles debut last time, winning with plenty in hand, hardly having come off the bridle. Pleasing to the eye, looking an exciting hurdling prospect and should have a good chance in this.

The model I run suggests Keep Up can win this one. Keep Up lines up here with the second highest RPR of the smaller 10-horse field but has an official ranking that leaves him looking well treated off this mark. He has shown some form coming into this with figures of 15-1 and needs to show more improvement against stiffer opposition. The jockey on board relieves a further 7 lbs, which helps over the trip. The model has issued a 'very low' stake indicator, which translates to a 0.5pt bet on a scale of 0-4.

Won at Downpatrick, then again at Perth. Looks the progressive type. Has good speed and stamina. This race is harder but should be bang there.

Looks stable 2nd string here based on jockey bookings, but has won their maiden/novice hurdles last twice in good fashion and does look to be an improving juvenile hurdler. Good jockey back up and top trainer has done well here last 5 seasons, making current 16/1 decent Ew value in the race.

Not out of it despite the price. Showed ability when runner-up on penultimate start and now returns to similar conditions. Has experience, a rider in form, and looks a sneaky each-way contender at a track that often favours bold early moves. One for the shortlist at huge odds.
