Shannon Tan arrives at Centurion with stronger winning credentials than her price suggests. The 2025 LET Order of Merit champion has already collected three tour titles, so she is proven at converting chances rather than merely filling places. Her route to contention is clear: accurate driving, a high greens-in-regulation rate, and enough approach control to keep pressure away from a short game that is less reliable. Tan also produced a career-best major result with a tie for sixth at the AIG Women's Open last week, an ideal form signal before dropping into a weaker field. Her previous Centurion result was only tied 19th, while the putter remains the main risk. Settled conditions should reward repeated birdie opportunities.

Placed 6th here back in 2023, and took 4th last year when finishing strongly with a six-under, bogey-free final round in a tournament that is difficult to traverse. Looking at form in other tournaments, she seems to enjoy it here.

Missed this tournament last year, but strong form prior, finishing 3rd in 2024 and 5th the year before that. Home advantage seems to play a role, which could provide good each-way value.
