Dream Will Come True

Created by Shopoff Realty Investments, Contour, and the Dream Hotel Group, Dream Las Vegas will play a key role in the continuing rebirth and renewal of the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip.

The 531-room lifestyle hotel and casino, which will open by the end of 2024 with seven experiential dining and nightlife venues, 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and a 20,000 square meter casino, will combine the work of international architecture firm DLR Group with interior design from AvroKo, Rockwell Group, and DLR Interiors.

President and CEO of Realty Investments, William Shopoff, states: "This project represents a new type of Vegas hotel experience, offering tourists and locals a unique boutique hotel option on the Las Vegas Strip."

Leaders of the Dream Hotel Group declared that Las Vegas would be a valuable asset in the company's expanding portfolio, which already includes 25 locations and 15 hotels throughout the world in various phases of development.

With this pace, perhaps one day we’ll see the company amongst the giants of the industry.

According to Jay Stein, CEO of Dream Hotel Group: "All of us at Dream are proud to play a role in creating what will be one of the most spectacular new additions to Las Vegas. It's a destination much like our Dream Hotels brand, marked by a vibrant, youthful energy and dynamic cultural arts and entertainment scene unlike anywhere else in the world."

We’ve reached out to Jay Stein for a comment on whether they plan to open an online casino with the Dream brand but got no immediate response.

Thousands Of Jobs Will Be Created For The Community By Dream Las Vegas.

About 800 of the more than 4,200 jobs in civil construction are permanent positions. According to Bill Shopoff of Shopoff Realty Investments, he chooses the Strip location because of its visibility due to a neighboring landmark structure.

"We actually love the fact that we are right adjacent to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. And millions of visitors a year are going to be taking that snapshot, and Dream Las Vegas is going to be in the backdrop, so that was something that was definitely in our mind from the day we acquired the site," Shopoff said.

Dream Las Vegas, slated to debut in late 2024, will have 531 luxurious guest rooms and suites, seven innovative dining and entertainment concepts, including a third-tier resort pool and day club, and two rooftop bars and lounge concepts. There are gaming areas, a lobby bar, artisanal coffee shops, and gelaterias on the ground floor. There is a sports club, a boutique nightclub, an elegant restaurant, and a 24-hour snack bar on the third floor.

Numerous entertainment developments are being built in Las Vegas, including the proposed venue. For instance, Toronto-based Colliers recently arranged a $240 million transaction for a 40-acre site on the Strip for a Formula 1 development. The MSG Sphere and a $3 billion entertainment development by Oak View Group are two further large entertainment projects now under construction in Las Vegas.
