Not the strongest-looking race, so Magic Runner, who is a pretty solid CD runner, looks the each-way value at 10/1 with JP Sullivan the only ride. She won over CD three runs back off 2 lb lower and has had some excuses since, but still ran respectably in probably stronger races than tonight's.

Has dropped to what could be a fair mark. His last run off 2 lb higher wasn't too bad. The three prominent horses dominated off an even pace. None of the held-up horses got into it, but Invincible Melody finished fastest. With a 5 lb claim taken off his back and a jockey who looks like he could be okay, he's worth a bet at a decent price. Surprised to see him move from an opening 5/1 to 10s.
