Breathe Easy, this horse won nicely last time out at Kempton, and the horse is only going to improve from that success. The current fav, looks vulnerable in my opinion, with Breathe Easy not being asked many questions last time out, so there maybe more we haven't seen of this horse yet.

Rodney, I do like this horse, I do think he is nice progressing chaser. This horse has a hatrick of wins under his belt so far, winning 3 races in a row. I watched him win a Leicester on course, which kick started this hat trick run, and he won with so much in hand, it was very impressive indeed, the jockey never touched him. His other two wins after that have been nice aswell, but, I do still think he is better than this current mark of 129 and could take some stopping in this contest, as I think the 5lb rise since his last win, might not be good enough to stop him here.

Hilitany, this horse has been running in Meydan so far this year, and has been running well in some difficult races. This looks a much easier race and if the horse can handle the course and the surface, plus the step up in trip, the horse can definitely be competitive. 14s looks to big to me.

Brookie, I am going to take a chance on this horse, as I think the price is a little to big. Brookie won this race last year and has been racing against better horse's than this recently. The horse has gone up alot in the weights since that win here last year, so I'm hoping that won't stop him being competitive in this contest.

Superposition, I think this horse has a cracking chance in the lucky last here at Lingfield. The horse is very well handicapped, currently of 92. I would say, in my opinion, the horse should probably be rated between 95-101. My only concern really is the draw, the horse is drawn in 10, so hopefully Hector can get a nice position early on in the race. Superposition, ran a brilliant race two starts ago, when only going down by ¾ of a length to Witch Hunter at Newcastle, rated 105. Ew bet to nothing here, big chance.

Pats Fancy, I think this horse is well handicapped enough to go well here, especially with young Freddie taking of 7lbs in the saddle aswell. This horse had been racing in more competitive races than this last year, racing in class 2 events, and one class 4 event aswell. With this horse is mark slipping, and with young Freddie on aboard, I think this horse could play a big part in this contest. The horse is a good jumper aswell, and will like the ground, so no negatives on that side.

Chancellor, The reason which made me choose this horse over Boiling Point, was the fact that Boiling Point has never ran on a all weather track, let alone win on one. When, Chancellor has. Chancellor is also race fit and will benefit and enjoy the step up in trip. This horse ran well in defeat at Kempton a couple starts back, when just getting beat my Holloway Boy, who is a good upcoming horse. There will be question marks over Boiling Points fitness, and if he can handle the surface. Chancellor, worthy favourite here. Il be playing the double, Diligent Harry & Chancellor, win double.

Diligent Harry, I am happy enough to take a punt on this horse. He caught my eye last time out when he returned from months of the track, to run a cracking race at today's course, and come away with a dead heat 1st place finish. He shown a lovely turn of foot that day, when coming round the bend lovely, and kicking on and quickening when Rossa asked him to. He beat some decent horse's home that day aswell. I like the fact that he is a CD winner around this course, which the the current favourite doesn't have. Diligent Harry does have to give a little bit of weight away to his rivals, but nothing he can't handle, with his ability.

This looks an easier race, and with the amount of weight this filly is getting on the favourite, I see this horse getting her head in front, good vaule in this weak contest.

Renesmee, this horse has been falling down the weights, ran a nice race two starts back, when 80/1 in a class 4 race at Kempton over 1m, finishing 6 of 8 runners and only beaten 4 ¾ lengths, by opposition rated 16lbs higher than Renesmee's rivals today. Last time out, this horse was given an easy ride, when just keeping on at the back of the field, looked full of horse to be fair, at Southwell. Drops into a low grade today, and with a 7lb claimer taking the ride, he should be winning this race, should be shorter than 3/1.

Ararat, this front running horse looks a bit of vaule at the current price of 22/1 with 365. I wasn't really impressed with Ararat's last run, when finishing 10 of 10 at Southwell last month, but I'm willing to forget that last run and draw a line over it. This horse was in form during the winter last year, with 2 wins in row, both at Southwell. Then after them 2 wins, Ararat ran in a competitive race after that, running well until fading out in the last couple furlongs, winner in that race is now rated in the 90s. This horse is now down to his last winning mark of 76, and with first time booking of Harry Vigors on aboard, I'm willing enough to chance him here. I would of preferred Southwell, with his amazing CD form, but at this current price, and with the horse well weighted, I'm going to have an ew bet on this horse. Ew claims.

Tupero, this horse has only had 4 carrer starts, 3 in England with new trainer, David O Meara. Ran okay two starts when learning his job with a 6th place finish, beating a horse rated 62 home, who finished 7th. Last time out, he was raced over 2 miles, which was too far for this horse. Back over the distance he raced at two starts ago, and with a drop in grade and a new jockey on aboard, hopefully he can run a big race today, ew play.

Corniche Girl, I think this horse is good ew vaule in this contest here. This horse was quite unfortunate last time out at Wolverhampton, when getting blocked inn until the final furlong and running on for a nice 2nd place finish. On paper, this horse is quite consistent aswell, so that was something I noted also. It's a little drop down in grade today for Corniche Girl, and if getting a clear run, hopefully can go close, with Sean Leavy retaining the ride.

Mc Loven, I think this horse is vaule at the current price of 4/1, should be favourite. This horse ran a nice 3rd two starts ago over CD, in a much more competitive field than this contest today, when the winner came from the rear to pick them up to score. I can forgive Mc Loven's lastest run because, it was a very hot race and was racing over 6f, when he is a much better horse over 5f, so that run is scrapped in my opinion. The horse runs of mark 69 today, when really he is a 70s rated horse. I reckon this horse will break well and lead from the front, and hopefully not for catching up front.

Al Muqdad, I think this horse should be shorter than the current price of 7/1, should be around 9/2. This horse ran a nice at Newcastle in early december, beating some decent horse's home that day. Al Muqdad has had two runs so far this year, both of them just being fitness runs, or to get the horse's mark down. I think he is better than this current mark of 76, and at this track, were he is a CD winner, in a much smaller field, I can't see any reasons why this horse can't get involved, under jockey Mark Winn. Stable also in good form, so that's a plus.

I think back at Wolverhampton, a track he is familiar with, will help alot. Harry Vigors takes 5lbs of aswell, so that strengthens his case. Should probably be a single figure price.

I have also tipped up Liberty Bird, and did do a write up for that horse, but for some reason has posted without any write up. However onto this next selection.
Welcome Retreat, ran a nice race when returning from a long break, finishing 2nd at Chelmsford, only a few weeks ago. The horse that won the race looks to be a good horse and will probably be rated around the 80s mark. So i expect this lad to go close today, in an easier race. First race in a handicap today aswell, and has been given a rating of 73, which could be quite generous. 15/2- 8/1 looks way too big for my liking, and with some firms paying 3 places aswell...

Fidelius, this horse ran well here two starts ago, when only going down by ¾ of a length, to a horse rated 92, but was carrying much less weight than that horse. Ran into one last time out, a horse who picked up a lovely bonus in Aug 2025. Main thing i liked about this horse is that he is quite consistent on paper, running decent enough races in higher class company. This looks an easier test today, and should be there in the finish. Nogo's Dream looks a danger, but fitness maybe an issue for that horse today, Star Chorus is a threat also.

Freda, this horse shaped nicely when coming with a run late on, in January. Freda, for also being a filly, gets a weight allowance, so that may help her chances here. There is question marks on the favs fitness, with the favourite not having had run for around 9-10 months, and is carrying much more weight than this filly. The horse Freda finished behind on that day, at Lingfield, has won again since, so form has been franked. I think 9/4 is a generous price here.

Macarone, I think this horse is very overpriced in this contest over 6f. He recorded a nice winning time around here three starts ago, always doing enough to win. Last two outings for this horse have been over the wrong trip and course, so down lb in the weights since Macarone's success at today's course, 3lbs above that winning mark. Back over his favourite trip and course, and i expect this boy to go from the front, with Jack Mitchell on aboard, I'm expecting a very big run. Nacho Nacho Nacho will also be on the pace early aswell.

Romeo Montague, I think this price is way too big for a horse getting 10lbs on the fav. Didn't win easy at Lingfield two starts back, but impressed me. He beat a horse who looks quite smart aswell in Augustus Gloop. So if he is fit, he will run a big race. That is my main concern, the fitness of this horse, with not running for 3 and bit months. Market support would be a big bonus for this horse.

Echalar, this looks like an ew bet to nothing really. The horse is only going to keep improving, being a 4 year old with only 8 carrer starts to his name. Echalar won his last start at Wolverhampton against some of today's rivals, Dimondonthehill and Follow Your Heart. This horse has had 3 starts at today's course, and has ran well 2 of the 3 times. He did beat Shiplake home, who looks to be a well handicapped individual with a promising future ahead of him. Echalar hasn't been beaten far in his better runs at Kempton, so I'm hoping for a big run today in what looks like a winnable opportunity, with Mythical Composer being the main threat. The horse also looks well weighted, and with Harry Davies retaining the ride.

The Lost King, this horse came from last to first last time out to win a competitive race at today's course, over 7f. He is only going to keep improving aswell, with only having 6 carrer starts. The step up in trip to a mile also looks a plus, with this horse having a massive energy. Only went up a lb in the weights for that victory at today's course, and with Oisin Murphy taking over in the saddle, there is no reason why he can't improve from that win last time out, and make it another victory here.

Too Hot To Tango, has yet to get her head in front, with her 5 carrer starts to her name. Running some nice races in her carrer and not being beaten far. Raced here at Kempton two starts back, finishing a nice 3rd behind a winner who looks smart. Also, she ran a nice race last time out at Southwell, finishing 2nd, but she had no match for the winner, who looks to be another decent horse. Too Hot To Tango pulled clear of the third that day. This looks like a easier contest today and with the help of Harry Davies, who has ridden her once before, she could get her head in front today.

Tiger Beetle, i think this horse is worth a play at the price. He raced in a more competitive race than this last time out finishing 6th of 10 runners. The horse loves it here, being a CD winner before and the mark has dropped to a nice mark of 60, which he is better than. Ew claims today with R. Havlin taking the ride, which is also a bonus to this horse is chances, with a drop down in distance also.

Scarface, this horse is a much better horse on soft ground / heavy ground, more mistakes on good/ good to firm ground. Scarface had a nice victory on heavy ground at Newton Abbot in April, 2025. He just kept finding more when jockey Freddie Gingell asked for more. This lad has alot of stamina on his side aswell, so he should be there in the late stages of the race. He was unlucky two starts ago, when making a mistake 2 out, losing serval lengths, did well to battle on for 2nd. He is 5lbs higher than that win in April 2025, and any more rain will be a bonus. Stable run two horse's in this race, jockey Brendan Powell has chosen to ride this boy, instead of Rightotom, who Brendan has riden before, so that is another bonus to this horse is case. Great ew bet, with 365 paying 3 places.

Magical King, i like this boy because he is one of the only one's in the field who has raced this distance before, and some of his rivals have to show they can stay the trip. Magical King ran well two starts ago when he came there travelling lovely, until ran out of gas. That was probably due to a serval months break. Midnights Dream, this horse spilt through the pack lovely on the briddle last time out at Kempton, in a higher grade. Jockey Oisin Murphy didn't even whip him, to ask for a effort. Has been racing against better horse's than this recently, and this mark of 74 looks very generous. I expect jockey Paddy Bradley to go from the front, like usual and not get passed. Well, make it very difficult to pass. Beat a horse home easily who was rated 83, two starts back, highest horse rated in this contest is, 75. So I'm expecting him to get his in front today.

Melek Alreeh, I backed this horse last time out when he just got beat, and he will love these's extra 2 furlongs, from 1m 2f to 1m 4f tonight. This is because, he always comes with a late run, so hopefully new jockey on aboard Luke Morris, can get a nice position and time the run well in the home straight. This horse does have a good record at this trip aswell, so fingers crossed for a big run tonight.

Grabajabba, this horse has had two starts so far this year, both in higher grades than this. Grabajabba even went of at 4/1 SP for a 85-76 contest, two starts back, when finishing 5th out of 8 runners. This horse ran some nice races last year with a good 3rd in December, over today's trip. Down to a mark of 74, which this horse can definitely win off, hopefully today is the today. I also think Mereside Diva has a chance, at a price.

Hale End, I spent a while looking at this race and ended up on this horse. Hale End won his last start pretty comfortably at today's CD. The handicapper only put the horse up 3lbs in the weights for that win , from 71 to 74. I think that 3lb rise is quite generous and is definitely worth a play in this field.

Bang On The Bell, i think this horse is a cracking price. As been running in more competitive races than this, on the AW. This horse is a much better and talented horse on the AW, rather than the turf. Handicapper has dropped him 4lbs in the weights since his last run, when I did tip him for that run. So he runs of a mark of 65 which he is definitely better than. Drawn nicely, yard in good form and will love the surface, what's not to like about this horse. Knowing my luck, he'll probably finish back of the telly, haha.
