18:00 LA Rams @ TEN Titans

TEN Titans

Money Line

50 WIN

@3.10

Lose

-50

The Rams are worthy favorites due to Stafford and his aerial attack. The price is so high because rookie Ward had a really poor start to life in the NFL last week. Back at home with the crowd behind, that poor performance can be put behind him. The Rams might well win this, but second game and at home, the Titans are too big.

TEN Titans 5.50

Point Spread

50 WIN

@1.95

Lose

-50

The spread reflects Stafford's 68% completions last week and that they have a good squad of receivers. For the Titans, the loss of RT JC Latham adds a concern. Also, Ward struggled last week for sure, meaning the Rams are favorites. So why go with Tennessee? There is a good player in Ward, and the home crowd will lift him and hopefully help to put last week's mishaps behind him. If that happens, the spread is too high.
16:00 HamKam v Stromsgodset

Yes (BTTS)

Both Teams to Score

50 WIN

@1.60

Win

30

HamKam have conceded nearly 2 goals on average in their home league games. Combine this with Stromsgodset conceding in all of their last 9 away league games, and both teams scoring seems highly likely. The price reflects this but there may still be some value there.

Ran well in most recent start over hurdles here. Acts on the going and is the only course winner in the field. Distance is a slight concern, but being the only horse proven on the going gives a large positive to compensate.
17:00 Armenia v Rep of Ireland

Rep of Ireland

50 WIN

@1.91

Lose

-50

Armenia come into this off of a 5-0 mauling by Portugal on Saturday, which means they've now conceded 14 in their last 3 games. They have also failed to score in their last 4 home games in all competitions. Ireland battled back from 2-0 down last time to grab the draw, so their confidence will be up. In a game that they know is a 'must win' if they are to qualify, they will push for the 3 points.
17:00 Cape Verde v Cameroon

Cameroon

50 WIN

@3.00

Lose

-50

Battle to top the group. CV hold the top spot at the moment and come into this after 4 straight wins, but the game before that run was a 4-1 defeat to today's visitors. Cameroon sit second due to a couple of draws recently, but they have also scored more and conceded less than all the other nations in the group. Cameroon too big to win and take top spot.
17:00 Togo v Sudan

Sudan

50 WIN

@3.70

Lose

-50

Togo are essentially out, while a win here for Sudan can see them challenging to qualify, with the top two (DR Congo & Senegal) playing each other today. Sudan are generally 'draw specialists,' but they have two WCQ away wins already. This will be close, but at the price, Sudan are value.
08 September 2025
19:45 Kosovo v Sweden

Sweden

50 WIN

@1.75

Lose

-50

Sweden have beaten Kosovo 3-0 on both their last 2 meetings. Wouldn't expect the same scoreline today but Sweden can still take the win. Isak missing is a loss but Gyokeres and Elanga will still ask questions of the Kosovan defence. Kosovo's 4-0 beating by Switzerland will have damaged their confidence and may hold them back too much. Sweden off the back of a strong performance in drawing away to Slovenia should have enough.
17:00 Guinea v Algeria

Algeria

50 WIN

@1.88

Lose

-50

Algeria top the group with 4 wins from their last 4 WCQ games, scoring on average over 3 per game in those games. That said, their last in the competition was a 1-2 defeat by their hosts today, Guinea. Guinea had an impressive 3-0 away win at Somalia only 3 days ago, but that game aside, they struggle to score, only scoring 4 times in their 8 previous games. Algeria's scoring prowess gives them the edge, and they can get revenge for that defeat back in June last year.
14:00 Equatorial Guinea v Tunisia

Tunisia

50 WIN

@2.30

Win

65

Tunisia are undefeated in the WCQs and have also yet to concede. They have all but qualified already, but a win here can seal the deal. Equatorial Guinea, with no defeats in their last five at home, will be difficult to break down. However, their opponents in these games have not been to the same standard as Tunisia, who are good value for the away win.

McVay's Rams often start the season well, and while Stafford's back issues are a concern, he can still exploit the Texans' young DL and rack up the points. CJ Stroud will similarly exploit any weakness in the Rams' defense, making this a potential points fest.
21:05 SF 49ers @ SEA Seahawks

SF 49ers

Money Line

50 WIN

@1.83

Win

41

McCaffrey and Deebo Samuel mean the 49ers can do it well on the ground or in the air. The Seahawks have great and noisy home support, but injury to Jauan Jennings may stifle Darnold's offense. resulting in the 49ers to win in a close game.
19:45 Luxembourg v Slovakia

Slovakia

50 WIN

@1.80

Win

40

Luxembourg have not beaten Slovakia in 10 years. With Slovakia pulling off a massive shock win against Germany in their last game, their confidence will be high. Contrast this with Luxembourg's home defeat to Northern Ireland, taking their lack of a win at home to a run of 8.

Point Spread

50 WIN

@2.00

Kyler Murray is one of the best scramblers around, and he might need to be on his 'A' game. The Saints are so much better defensively at the Dome. Rattler's inexperience might see him rattled, sorry ;-), but the defense might just be organized enough for them to still beat the spread.
18:00 LV Raiders @ NE Patriots

NE Patriots

Money Line

50 WIN

@1.67

The NE Patriots are tough to beat at the Gillette. There are questions over the Raiders' OL, and on the flip side, the Pats running the ball will give them control of the game and the clock.

50 WIN

@1.91

Win

The Raiders have questions over their offensive line so can expect the points to rattle up. The Patriots are tough at home and will use their running game to control the game with lots of time-consuming possession, meaning this should be low scoring.
18:00 NY Giants @ WAS Commanders

WAS Commanders

Money Line

50 WIN

@1.36

Win

18

The Washington Commanders are well clear of the New York Giants. Their defensive front, led by Jonathan Allen, can be expected to cause Russell Wilson's offensive line several problems, and turnovers can be expected. Home support can only help, and their short passing attack should guide them to the win.

PIT Steelers

Watt versus Rodgers! The Jets' OL is improved, giving Rodgers more time, but Watt and co. are very dangerous. It can be expected that he'll start his sack count in week 1 in chasing down the 10.5 sacks he made last season.
17:15 Irish Open

Keita Nakajima

25 EW

@41.00

Lose

-50

Nakajima has a habit of finishing tournaments strongly. His putting SG is around 1.7, which is good by any standard, and he has 2 top 10s in 5 DP Tour starts. No K Club history is a concern, but at this price, he is still value.

Marco Penge

25 EW

@15.00

Lose

-50

Penge is chasing the 'Race to Dubai' lead, and his game is in good shape (T8 European Masters and T4 in the Black Desert). He is good on parkland courses but has limited course knowledge, which may be why his price is where it is. Value.

Rory McIlroy

50 WIN

@4.50

Win

Rory is simply the best golfer here. World No. 2 and with a previous win at the K Club. The home crowd will be fully behind him, and if he brings his 'A' game, he'll win this comfortably.

01:00 KC Chiefs @ LA Chargers

KC Chiefs -3.00

Point Spread

100 WIN

@1.87

Lose

-100

Without Jalen Royals, the Chiefs are slightly weaker, but despite that, their passing game remains the difference maker here. Najee Harris is available for the Chargers, but their defense does not bring the same quality. Expect the Chiefs to maintain something close to last season's 5.6 yards per play.

19:45 Slovenia v Sweden

Slovenia

50 WIN

@3.30

Lose

-50

Sweden come into this hot. 5 wins from their last 6 matches and 11 goals scored in the last 3. They are rightly favourites. Slovenia, though, are tough to score against and beat. Only 1 defeat in their last 6 at home and unbeaten in 22 of their last 26 across all competitions. At home, they can edge this and the price is too big.
04 September 2025
19:45 Luxembourg v Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland

50 WIN

@2.25

Win

62

The recent head-to-heads between these two countries reflect the market, that this will be a tight game (1 win each and 2 draws). That said, Luxembourg have failed to win in their last 7 matches while Northern Ireland have only lost once in 6, scoring 9 goals in their last 3. Another tight game is to be expected, but Northern Ireland are still the value.
19:45 Slovakia v Germany

Germany

50 WIN

@1.44

Lose

-50

Germany have lost their last 2 (France and Portugal) but are undefeated in their last 15 away games. Slovakia haven't conceded in their last 3 but are not the strongest in defense. Last time these met in Slovakia, Germany won 4-1. There's a chance of history repeating itself, and they are value at the price.
17:00 Georgia v Turkiye

Turkiye

50 WIN

@2.30

Win

65

Both teams won their last 2, with Georgia scoring 9 in the process. Turkey only managed 6, but these were against Hungary, while Georgia's opponents were Armenia. Where the difference in class really shows is in recent WCQs, with Georgia only achieving 2 wins from 25 compared to Turkey, who have won 10 of their last 12. Turkey will want to get 3 points in the bag before Spain visits them 3 days later.
15:00 Kazakhstan v Wales

Wales

100 WIN

@1.55

Win

55

Not a great price but still value. Kazakhstan have only managed one win in their last 10 games, and that was against Liechtenstein. They have failed to score in their last 4 home games. Compare that to Wales with only 1 defeat in 11, a 4-3 defeat away to Belgium, and who have scored in all of their last 10 WCQs. Wales win this.
