Caught the eye on his flat debut here at Southwell after 1 run in a bumper when running on well in the final furlong after being slow away, but his next two runs over 5f again were no good. However he steps up in trip to a mile now for his handicap debut after 3 runs sprinting and this new trip looks much more like it based off pedigree, along with him racing off this mark of just 45 i think he'll win if this new trip is what he's needed (which to me it should be) so looks well worth a go.

Made his seasonal reappearance last time out after 8 months off at Newbury this month where he finished last of 14, but it was quite obvious he wasn't there to win and should fare much better this time out with that run also under his belt. His only win came on his 2nd career start in a maiden at Newbury but he's since been racing in Group and Listed company so he's obviously very well thought of, and this is the easiest race he's competed in since his first two races so if running to anywhere near his best he should be seriously involved here off this mark in this company.

She hit the line strongly on her debut at Doncaster in September last year when finishing 2nd and that winner "Whirl" has since won a Group 3 in Ireland on her next start. The trainer and owner both rate this filly very highly and there's obviously plenty more to come, and this looks like a great opportunity to start. NAP

All ten career runs to date have been over 6f and he drops back in trip to 5f here for the first time which could be a good move considering he often races quite keen so this race could suit him nicely. He made his seasonal reappearance last time at Kempton when 11th of 12 but he should come on from that return run and the return to turf on quick ground should be a good thing, so if the drop to 5f is what he needed then he has a good chance in this race off this mark.

Not the best strike rate with only two wins from 23 runs but has run plenty of good races in defeat as shown by cominng in the top 3 on 7 other occasions. Joined Ivan Furtado from Roger Varian and he's had three runs for him so far and although his first two were very below par in November and December last year before he was then put away before returning for his seasonal debut at Pontefract this month. He returned with a much better run (albeit finishing 6th of 10) he still ran much better than his previous couple and that was in a decent C2 race, which should bring him on nicely fitness wise for this return to the AW and the drop into C4 company with Billy Loughnane booked so looks to have a good chance.

He was well beaten on his seasonal reappearance last time out at Doncaster in the Spring Mile finishing 17th of 21 and being beaten nearly 15 lengths, but it was obvious he needed the run and should fare a lot better now dropped 1lb. He won here over a mile on his second career start and he also finished a close third over C&D in October last year, so he clearly enjoys it around here and that seasonal debut should bring him on plenty for the return to this C&D off this mark and has a major chance. Runs well fresh as shown on her seasonal reappearance last year where she won over course and distance, and she ran well again here on her most recent outing just before christmas (albeit finishing 5th) and she was only beaten a few lengths which was good considering her nose bled. She makes her seasonal debut here back over this C&D like last year on a good mark so there's no reason why she can't run a big race around this track and trip which she clearly enjoys.

Four runs in 2025 so far and he started off with a win over C&D where he won nicely by 2 lengths before running another good race to finish a close 2nd at Newcastle over 5f when sent off favourite, but he had no luck in running and should've won. They both came in Class 3 races and although his last two runs have been below par, they were in Class 2s and he drops back into Class 3 company here so he looks sure to run a big race off the same mark as his unlucky 2nd at Newcastle three runs ago

Ran well on his first few starts on the turf before making his AW debut at Lingfield where he won and was sent off 1/3F. He made his seasonal reappearance LTO at Kempton where he finished 6th of 11, which was fairly disappointing considering he was sent off joint favourite. But he's been well backed again today, and that run should bring him on for this nicely, so he has a good chance.

Only the one win from eight career starts but she's been very consistent, she finished 7th of 9 on her debut before two runner-up efforts at Wolves and Chelmsford before then improving again to win on her turf debut at Newmarket nicely. She finished a 3L 3rd behind Pique and Overture at Yarmouth on her penultimate start and they both reappear here, but Orchard Keeper is now 7lb and 8lb better off so she has a very good chance of turning that form around. She made her seasonal debut this month with a close 3rd at Leicester which should have brought her on plenty for this and she has a major chance here.

Oisin Murphy is back on him who has a brilliant record when riding this horse and everything looks set for a big run.

The clear form pick here and shouldn't really have any issues getting the job done in this race, he beat Shah in a Class 2 last year by 5L before finishing a close 3rd in a Group 2 at Curragh. Really impressive on his seasonal reappearance last time out at Doncaster in a listed race where he showed a really nice turn of foot and won well, and he should fare even better with that run behind him this time around although on slightly faster ground which shouldn't be an issue. Only the one win from eleven runs to date and that win came on his second career start at Newmarket before being pitched into the Group 2 Coventry Stakes at Ascot, where evidently he was outclassed finishing 16th of 20 and beaten 18L. He's run a few good races in his last few on the AW and hasn't been beaten far at all in any of them, he drops into a Class 5 here which will be to his liking, along with the drop in trip to 7f which he should also appreciate more. Billy Loughnane booked and it's only a matter of time before this one gets its head back in front and today looks like a great chance for that so looks well worth a go.

Still unexposed after only four career runs to date so far which all came on the AW, albeit he didn't show much in his first three but his latest run when 4th was better and he clearly has ability. Makes his turf debut here with the drop in trip looking like a positive along with the fact this looks like a weak race and a good opportunity for him to get his first win. Harry Davies booked again who's ridden him the last twice so he knows the horse now, and he's been riding well lately so this one looks a decent each way bet to nothing.

Still a maiden after 11 races and has been a no show the last two times however before that at Newcastle, he was a close 3rd behind Hartswood (who won again next time out) and Violenti, and then behind him was Eden Storm and Cusack (who is a regular Newcastle winner and won his next two races)nso that race is decent form. Easterby's main jockey David Allan now takes over which is a positive and he's back down to a dangerous mark now for this switch back to turf, with with the first time blinkers being applied so this could be an Easterby plot job, and i'm happy to chance it at 20/1.

Ran with plenty of promise on debut at Wolves despite being sent off a 40/1 outsider to finish 4th of 7 and beaten 5 length which was good considering she was bumped in the final furlong. She then ran well again at Wolves last time out when coming 4th again but this time being beaten only a length and a half, and she raced keen on the outside which made her jockey drop her reins towards the end and she covered more ground that necessary. Kieran Shoemark now takes over which is a big positive and she wears the first time hood so i think she will run a big race and has a very good chance here. NAP

Hasn't won since February last year but I think he's primed to win now as he's had a few runs this year so he should be fully fit to go, and this will also be his second run back from a wind surgery which is usually a good time to catch them. Along with that he's also back down to a very winnable mark just 1 lb above his last win and also takes a drop in grade here, so i think he'll take all the beating and 3/1 looks a good price.

Ran consistently well on the AW over the winter over 7 races winning once and coming second or third three times until his worst effort when last of 9 at Southwell in January where he was then put away for a break. He returned at the start of April at Musselburgh with a decent 5th of 10 where he caught the eye after not getting a clear run in a race won by Kyber Crystal, and a clear run from this one probably would've seen him win that day. He is better off with that rival today and with a clear run this time that form should be swapped around so he looks very overpriced to me here (also won over C&D this time last year off a 4lb higher mark).

She then won the G3 at Newbury beating Lump Sum by 8 lengths before coming 6th in the Mares Hurdle, and although the handicapper has done her absolutely no favours with this mark, the drop back to 2m will suit her and she has a jockey on who takes off 5lb so she looks a decent EW bet to nothing to me and can win here.

He then improved to finish 2nd at Lingfield before coming 4th and 3rd at Sandown and Doncaster which were his final two runs of the season, and he made his seasonal reappearance at the start of April when 5th, but he should come on plenty from that here and the return to turf will be a good thing with Oisin Murphy taking back over. He had a brilliant season last year when winning 4 on the bounce before his winning run came to an end at Doncaster which was his final run of the season. He made his seasonal return at Doncaster a few weeks ago winning nicely after running on well under Harry Davies who keeps the ride here. He finished ahead of Magico that day who reopposes here and although he has a 2lb swing in his favour, i don't think the places will be swapped as watching the race you'd have thought Magico would be the winner. He should come on from that reappearance too and he'll enjoy the ground so he looks the one to beat to me. NAP

Was then put away for nearly 6 months and returned to Kempton when 2nd to Dubai Honour in a Class 1 before most recently winning a Group 3 at Sandown. Won this race last year when beating Mr Freedom and Tapley by 11 and 14.5 lengths respectively and those two horses have won a few races between them since. This renewal is a lot tougher than last years one but he comes into this a massive 13 lb lower than last year and the ground will be ideal. He also gets the service of Freddie Gordon who knows this horse well and his 3 lb claim will come in handy so Our Champ has every chance of following up last year's win.

Ran a great race to finish 2nd to Adaay in Devon in this race last year where also finishing ahead of Vadream and Sophia's Starlight before winning and beating Sophia's Starlight once again next time out at Haydock. She was then 2nd in a Group 3 in France and was unlucky not to win that day before a lesser show (but not bad) in a Group 3 at Curragh. Mark Walsh has been riding very well lately,m and Padraig Roche has a good record here at Fairyhouse so I think we can expect a good run from this one today. She's a three time winner on bad ground over hurdles including here when winning by 6 lengths, and although she's 0-5 as a chaser her jumping was much better last time out when finishing 3rd and she can build on that here. The return to Fairyhouse should be a good thing as she has winning experience here and she'll enjoy the bad ground alongside the fact she also races off a really nice weight here so there's every reason to believe she has a good chance here and 9/2 looks worth taking albeit missed the better price last night.

He's your stereotypical group horse in a handicap, and whilst he has to deal with top weight here, he has the class to carry it. This will be the first time he's raced in a handicap since winning back in May last year. He's held his form well since, as he's finished in the first 4 in every start since in Listed and Group company. His record fresh reads 1st, 1st, 1st, and he has winning form over this trip. Another horse who was useless first time out this season, but that run was clearly used to get him fit. He wouldn't be the first horse this season to put a howling seasonal debut behind him just to run well or win next time out for this yard. He has form in this race, having been an unlucky 2nd in this 2 years ago when managing to finish there despite not coming off the bridle. He will need a career best to win this, but he's only 2lb above his highest winning mark and 3lb higher than winning easily at Catterick a few runs ago.

All of his form has come on tight, turning, speedy tracks so Musselburgh should be perfect for him, and he races off a mark of just 87 here which is the mark he won off at Thirsk just 4 runs ago. He's perfectly drawn in Stall 1 for a horse that usually runs behind the leaders and he's recorded a top 3 finish in 11 of his 18 runs in this grade so he looks overpriced to me here.
