Really do not understand the big price on Starlust here as he's without a doubt the classiest horse in the race, the highest rated, and the horse with by far the strongest form. His most recent win came in an American Group 1 and if Beckett has him ready then i can't see why he won't be seriously involved.

Form lines would tell you that his opening mark of 85 here looks good as he's finished in and around higher-rated horses. This is his turf debut but if he takes to it which i can't see why he wouldn't, then he should run a big race from a low draw too which should be a good thing.

Won over this trip on his second ever attempt over it and won with plenty in hand. Not the best draw, but there are a few inconsistent horses in here, and he should take all the beating, I reckon.

3 wins from only 5 career starts so is still unexposed and she rerurned after a layoff with a good run on the AW in a Listed race at Chelmsford, which should have brought her on nicely for this. She should've won that day (raced wide) and is only up 3lb here with Ryan Moore booked again, so i thin she has major claims here and looks the best value to me.

Group 3 winner here at York last season before running well in the Group 1 Sun Chariot at Newmarke before only going down by 3L when sent off 66/1 in a Group 1 at Royal Ascot beating the likes of Economics, Los Angeles, Continuous, and Nashwa. Classiest horse in the field on her day and if she's at her best she will take all the beating here with a run under her belt this season.

Good consistent horse this one who's won 3 from 7 career starts to date starting off at Ayr where he won by nearly 5L and then had two wins at Haydock. He made his seasonal debut LTO in the Doncaster Lincoln where although finishing last of 22 he was obviously just there for fitness (and it was on good to soft) and the return to fast ground here should be ideal. Ed Bethell won this race last year so he knows what it takes to win this and i think this horse (who's already been well backed) has a big chance. NAP

This would have been the early season target and he made a brilliant seasonal return at Musselburgh LTO when going down by less than a length to the reposing American Affair. That run should bring him on lovely for this return to York, where he's won before and enjoys it around here and he has a good draw in Stall 9 now along with the yard's horses going well at the minute so he should run a good race and be involved.

Had a good season last year winning 3 races and he returned this season after 7 months off with a good 3rd at Musselburgh which has seen the runner up win since, and the winner running another good race at Chester going down by half a length and pulling 6 lengths clear of 3rd. That return run should bring him on nicely for this and he enjoys fast ground, he hasn't got the best draw but if Muscutt can get him well positioned then i think he'll run a big race.

The drop back in trip to 7f here looks absolutely ideal as he's won over this trip before having raced over a mile the last couple of times, he will likely be held up and if he gets a clear run then i think he will be seriously involved at the finish.

This trip now looks to be ideal and you can ignore her most recent run in France as she clearly didn't enjoy the heavy ground. Her 4th in a Group 2 at Doncaster looks very good form with the 1st and 3rd since finishing 1-2 in the 1000 Guineas and she should go very close.

Looks very overpriced to me here at 5/ being 4 from 4 on the AW and although he's 0-3 on turf this is the first time he gets his best trip on fast ground and he could just win this from the front and be very hard to pass with Oisin Murphy booked again who won on him LTO in a Listed at Newcastle by over three lengths.

This would've been the target and he's had two runs this year so far which should have him absolutely bang on for this. He's a previous C&D winner on this ground and is on a good mark of 88 here so looks set to run a good race at what looks a good price.

Two good runs this year over hurdles before returning to the flat with a good 4th at Doncaster where he probably would've won with a clear run, before most recently another solid 3rd at Epsom. and should go well once again.

Still unexposed after only the 4 career runs to date and his best effort came at Newbury when 4th and sent off at 125/1. He returned with a 9L defeat into 9th at Epsom a couple of weeks ago but that was a pretty decent race for the grade and he takes a drop in grade here so will find this easier. With that run behind him i think he can run well and get into the places at the least at what looks a fair enough price to chance.

Hasn't won in ages but she never runs a bad race and is usually very unlucky in running as she needs everything to fall right for her to get her head in front. She's a previous C&D winner and she was a decent 2nd LTO on the AW at Newcastle (albeit beaten by a 200/1 surprise). We know she'll run her race and if everything falls right for her she should take all the beating here, but that's an if as it seems to never these days but at the price she looks worth chancing one last time ew for safety on this horse.

Handicaps were always going to be the target with this one and he makes his handicap debut on a very good looking mark to me along with the booking of Colin Keane being also very eye catching. He has a good draw in stall 6 and i think we will see a much improved effort now.

This horse is unbeaten in the three races she's raced in over this C&D and on this ground so these are clearly her ideal conditions, and the last two of them came under Kaiya Fraser who's booked again. She's run below par since but has now dropped back onto her last winning mark and the return to this C&D back on good to firm ground (which she hasn't had since) can only be a big positive. She's drawn well and she should be fully primed to go with this being her third start of the season so I'm pretty confident in this one's chances to run a massive race and 13/2 looks well worth taking.

Only raced 9 times with 1 win coming at Hamilton when beating a short William Haggas favorite at 33/1 and the pair were nearly 5 lengths clear of third, and a further 9 lengths to 4th. She held her form well to end that season with a 3rd and 2nd and she made a decent seasonal debut last time out at Ayr when 3rd being beaten 4 and a half lengths by two horses rated higher under Amie Waugh. She should come on plenty from that reappearance with Paul Mulrennan booked now and should go very close, looks a good ew bet to nothing.

Still a maiden after 7 races but hasn't run a bad race to date so far with his best effort coming at Beverley where he was beaten less than a length into 3rd, and both his runs here at Catterick have been good coming 2nd and 3rd. He made his seasonal debut last time at Beverley when 6th of 11 but he was denied a clear run a few times in the last couple of furlongs and still wasn't beaten far, and with that return run behind him he should fare much better this time and i think he will take all the beating.
