I dont really tip in these races but coole cafe seems to be fancied today so ive looked into her profile. Shes shown a decent turn of foot in the finish with her two wins and with the ground a touch faster today it should play to her strengths. Shes one of two fillys in this race and receives 8lb difference in weight and maybe it will count in the finish especially with her turn of foot. She showed massive improvement when trying a hood for the first time and shes 2 from 2 now with it on and im hoping she can follow up and land the hatrick at a decent value price in this field.

This is a bit of a tricky race tomorrow and i looked at it for a while. Mark Loughnane sends both our selections out tomorrow with Giorgio M at Musselburgh and Crafter here at bath. Billy Loughnane gets the ride on Crafter and after a long campaign on AW I think hes worth having a go on turf. Similar profile to Giorgio M 3 wins and plenty of placed efforts and with this career low mark im taking the chance. We finished infront off silkies sib in march off of 58, and behind Eutropia by 5l before that off the same mark, Eutropia is +7lbs tomorrow and is worth taking on even though the filly is the one to beat.

Georgio M has been a really unlucky horse in his career with only 3 wins from 32 starts but plenty of placed efforts. Hes run twice over C&D winning one off a mark of 75 and placing in the other off a mark of 81. Hes been dropped a further 2lbs from his last run to 73 and we get the benefit of jack nicholls 5lb claim to go with it. He likes to go forward and im thinking tattie bogle may dictate the pace upfront where we are handy enough to make a move late on. Stats are in our favour and im hoping for a big run at decent odds.

Akabusi return run was over 5f where he finished last of 9, he then ran over his usual trip over C&D and he flew home and finished in a bunched finish with 5 very inform horses. Alvin was in the mix and got the win today at bath, space bear was another who won at Yarmouth nto and Alasrae who won but it was a matter of head up heads down. Alasrae is 5/1 tomorrow and our selection at 25/1 is great value. Now you can see 5f is too sharp for him so his run at bath lto ill put a line through and the return back to lingfield over 6f should suit. This is the type of selection that may drift so have a check in the morning.

Now you can't fault the effort that east Tyrone shows when he races and hes just missed out a few times recently. His last win came off a mark of 50 in January and hes running off 47 tomorrow. He was drawn (1) lto over C&D and hes drawn (2) tomorrow so no issues there. Firecomb Hall and man on a mission who finished behined us have both run really good races nto. This is a bit of a deeper race tomorrow but on a falling mark 9/1 looks good value in this field if things go right for him in the finish.

Now not a standout selection here but knight golds last 3 runs have been two competitive Class 2 handicaps and his last run wasnt over his usual 7f to a full mile trip so im putting a line through them. Hes won in class 3s and class 4s over a mile so the return to a class 4 tomorrow and his trip should suit. Trainers only runner and they have rossa ryan booked for the first time which to me shows intent. Worth noting all his best runs have come from April to September so he could be one to follow going forward this season.

So looking back through this filly's profile she had the exact same set up November last year. A few runs at Wolverhampton before being sent to kempton over tomorrow's trip where she won with an SP of 13/2. Shes had two runs over C&D in her career with the win back in November and a nose finish 5th back in August so she clearly runs well at kempton. She benefits from going back up in trip and with her being back at her last winning mark over C&D she definitely holds the bigger value in this field.

Where do I start with this one, Arnaz only win came on handicap debut back in 2024 and since then hes been close and well fancied and backed into fav a few times in class 4 and 5 contests. He ran to bad to be true lto at southwell, running keen but not wanting to know in the straught before being eased up. Now the main angle if it means anything, was his run over C&D last year in a class 5. Went off as 2/1 fav and came 2nd off a mark of 72, running off 64 tomorrow lower than his opening handicap mark and if he can put that southwell run behind him he has to have a chance at the weights with a drop in trip and a drop in class.

King david has had 1 win and 6 places from 22 starts but he has a consistent profile overall. Last win came off a mark of 68 and hes running off 62 after being dropped another 1lb from his last run. His from at southwell reads 32434 no wins but no real bad efforts. His last run over C&D he finished 1l off the winner that day in a bunched finish off a mark of 65 so he has to be in with a chance tomorrow off a lower mark and a course hes not disgraced at. Hes drawn 12 tomorrow where hes been in the mix in the finish so no real concerns there, its purely where hes sat coming off the left handed bend into the 3f straight. Wouldnt mind a clear run on the outside at all.

Now there isn’t much too go on with spirit of jenny but ive followed her since debut. She came 2nd at 40/1 and she showed real strong gallop and quickened when asked. Profile wise she looked to be better on firm going before her lay off in the winter. Id have liked to see her back on turf for her return run this year where shes proven so there are question marks. It could be a run out ready for her turf return but shes capable in the grade. Its a tough race to be entered in tomorrow with Galileo charm heading the market but im willing to have an each way and looking forward to see how she runs wherever she finishes.

So I mentioned karasso blue for the challenge Cup Novices chase at Cheltenham in march. He looked a natural over fences before hand and travelled beautifully throughout but one mistake in that race and he was out of it. I mentioned him there at 22/1 and went off at 7/2 being well fancied on the day. Elliot is trying him with cheekpieces and im hoping this will sharpen him up in what will be a tough national. Kurasso blue looks a progressive stayer and im hoping he can put the Cheltenham run behind him.

Bit of a tricky horse Raincap, shows signs of progressing but doesn't hold the form well. Ive always said 6f seems to be the sweet spot and id like to see a few runs on the bounce over 6f, hes always in and out of trips but his last win came over 6f. Prior to his last run he hasnt really ran well at Wolverhampton but if he can follow that last run out 16/1 looks appealing. Drawn 4 lto and drawn 3 today and im hoping he can pick a few off the pace in the finish.

A very capable horse on his day and at this price hes definitely worth a value play at big odds. He came second in this race last year and with his last run at naas coming off a 3 month break to get second place at 66/1 its showing me hes still in good spirit. He can turn up on the day in some big races and with the ground being a little bit easier hopefully the extra 2f shouldn’t be a problem. His jumping looks to have improved and as a 6 year old there is definitely more to come. 20/1 is good value with 5 places on offer.

A huge step up for Cindy Lou Who tomorrow but with her course form i still think she's overpriced here for tomorrow. 4 races at bath and winning 3 and losing on handicap debut. Bath is one of those courses that will test any horse with the uphill finish, it favours some and is a nightmare for others. She handles any ground and ive been waiting to see where she would go this year.. wasn’t expecting listed company on return but over 5f im hoping a few get caught out in the finish where she should enjoy the return. Regular jockey William Carson is on and ive been enjoying his rides over the winter so we will see how this one pans out tomorrow at huge odds.

I was going through this race lastnight and as for bigger value starsong fits the bill. I was looking at good earth at 13/2 and should still be able to run well with penalty - claim set up, but starsong profile is setting up for a good run. Second lto to Mount ruapehu who went onto win again nto, we also have opal storm who recently went who finished 5l behined our selection. Starsong did have a better season last year on turf but after her run lto she looks well treated to be on the mix in this field providing she gets a clear run. She is a C&D winner off a mark of 66 so there is still room for improvement off a mark of 56 as a 7 year old.

Grey Horizon has been in excellent form since moving to Scott Dixon's yard in december and he looks to be like a young version of his stable mate harbour vision. From predominantly racing in class 5s and 6s last year, he made the jump into a competitive Class 2 over C&D in February where came second by half a length at 50/1. Ill forgive his run lto where he just faded late in the finish. With his second place over C&D coming off a mark of 75 he can still be competitive tomorrow providing he doesnt burn too much gas fighting for front positioning and at 25/1hes definitely worth the value play.

So I tipped prince of india lto who was well fancied in a Listed race at Wolverhampton, to my surprise our selection Heathcliff bolted up and came second by half a length to Cool Hoof Luke who is an out and out listed horse. Hes had his marked adjusted for that effort but should still benefit back in a class 2 handicap. Hes hit a level of consistency since last year and it will be good to watch him back at Newcastle where he has a C&D win to his name. The price is the main thing for me here, he won at lingfield in February against Wilshire by over 3l and there is a big price contrast now with Wiltshire returning from a 2 month break and a wind op but Heathcliff could be onto a very progressive run this year and ill jump all over the price at 25/1.

A serious pace is going to be on tomorrow and it might suit our selection. Looks to be a serious sprinter and ive been impressed with his profile so far. Running in class 5s before the end of last year and returned this year with a solid run in a class 2 finishing just a length off ten carat harry who went on to run a cracker in a Listed race nto. Profile wise One And Gone looks to be very progressive and hes definitely worth having a go at 20/1 tomorrow. One thing I will say is im not overly keen on our jockey but if we dont run into any traffic issues I cant see why our selection cant be up there as one of the rank outsiders.

A frustrating mare on a long losing run but the consistency is what makes colors of freedom worth the value play. Since her last win off a mark of 49 she hasn't really given the handicapper much doubt to drop her mark much at all. Shes 1lb below her last win and the race needs to be set up for her in the finish but as far as finishing speed goes she's is up there. Usually raced at Wolverhampton i wasn't sure how she'd do here but she ran well and with jockey kieran O'Neil doing well at the course she makes a good case for an each way play.

A bit of a tricky race this one but at a glance i thought the set up was a bit strange and caught my eye. Yes an obvious outsider in this field and not the usual trip with Oliver mostly running over 3m plus but this sort of set up can be the trainer wanting to get the horses mark down but with james bowen booked thats what made me think mickey bowen has seen something at home and thinks this could be an ideal setup for Oliver travels to return from a lay off. Maybe im looking too deep into it but at these prices sometimes you have to look that deep to get bigger value.

Fairly consistent in defeat, Dontspoilasale comes into this race with the benefit of dropping back to 6f where all his wins have been over and being 2lb under his last winning mark. Albeit a claiming race lto there was only 4l in the finish from his stable mate Benavente. Online will say the draw bias here favours the lower drawn but its not that consistent at dundalk, its always where you're at in the pack on that final bend in my opinion. Sheridans last 2 rides for trainer at dundalk were a 33/1 and 25/1 and both placed, they team up well on the bigger value runners. This is the type of selection that could drift but with our selection being under his last winning mark sometimes thats all it takes around here for big prices to spring up a win.

Wilko is one of those horse that ill always have on the back burner and shows up at a nice price. Ive tipped him a few times and hes been frustrating not having won sonce 2024 but he does run his race at Newcastle. He returned from a 4 month break to run a cracker of a race over C&D narrowly missing out by 1.75l in a close finish, this was a class 2, he also ran well lto with 3l in it to the winner. He gets an ease in grade tomorrow and hes 4lb below his last winning mark and I like the booking of Kevin stott who goes well here. Its all set up for him tomorrow on paper and he needs to get his head in front now.

Not a standout horse but potentially well handicapped for this class contest tomorrow. Kings merchant returned from a 6 month lay off straight into a competitive 0-80 class 4. Pretty impressive given his form last year. Considering he was rated as high as 87 in 2024 the last run out might be a hint to coming back in to some sort of form off a mark of 69. This is a weaker race tomorrow and im hoping his last run wasn't a one off, i usually wait two to three runs for a horse returning from a break to judge it but ill chance this one on second run back at juicy odds. Only a 5 year old too so a potential horse to follow this year if I see anything in it.

We get the same set up tomorrow with another Denis coakley runner. Just like pheonix moon who i tipped yesterday My Ambition has had a long lay off and returns with the stats in his favour. Denis coakley last 3 runners returning from a lay off have all won so hes doing something right at the yard and is placing his runners very well. His last two Lingfield runs before the lay off also set him up nice for this, winning over C&D then placing just 5 days later. Although hard to judge runners returning for a break, you cant ignore the recent trainer stats which makes 10/1 great value tomorrow.

Ive always rated hectic and this is a step up tomorrow but hes the type with a bit of space to get into a nice gallop. Since moving to liam Baileys hes only had 2 starts on AW. His first was Wolverhampton where he placed at 40/1 in class 4 company and his most recent run at Newcastle. He gets a drop in trip tomorrow and I think hes open to more improvement on AW surfaces, with the yard in from hes definitely worth a point total each way at this price. Obviously not a standout selection and I was going to wait for BOG because I was expecting a drift but ill take my chances at a huge price here.

Ludvig won for us at lingfield 3 starts back at 9/1 and back at 2m3f with a drop in class hes should go well again. He was stretched out a bit lto in a competitive field and I dont think hes well suited to Newbury. Both jockey and trainer are in great form and like Gingerbred he wont mind testing ground out there tomorrow. Hes up a against a few decent youngsters out there tomorrow but there is definitely each way appeal.

Has been overlooked in the market recently for such a game horse and I fancy home back up in trip. He placed at Chepstow off a mark of 106 and doesnt mind a bit of cut in the grass so anymore rain will be sound. Hes running off 90 here and he's got a 7lb claimer on which puts him in the mix for an each way chance, if he puts in a good round of jumping i can't see why he can't be up there in the finish.
