After winning three times on good to firm ground during the Summer, LEQUINTO was given a nice break between September & January. Definitely needed his first run back at Chelmsford then stepped up on that effort to be just denied by a head in a three-way finish at Lingfield. He was unable to concede 5lb to the winner that day.

Since losing Jimmy Butler for the season, Golden State have gone 3-6. Lost two out of three without Curry, who misses out again tonight and have been held under 100pts when Podziemski and Richards have started instead of Curry. Despite losing their star point guard Morant, the MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES have not struggled to score points. They have averaged 120pts per game in his absence so i feel the +9.00 POINTSPREAD is great value.

The worrying stat about MARION'S BOY is the fact that the stable have not had a winner in over six months. This horse put in a cracking fast finishing effort last time out to finish second at the sharp Lingfield track. This more spacious track should suit more. Was beaten three lengths by the much fitter Monks Mead the time before that plus he blew the start by being slow out the stalls.

On official ratings, STAFFORDSHIRE KNOT is the second-lowest-rated horse in the field, but his rivals have so many questions to answer. Highest-rated horse Hiddenvalley Lake has a 283-day layoff to overcome, plus the fact their stable has struck at 0% over the last two weeks. The fact that stable jockey Jack Kennedy has chosen to ride my selection should be a tip in itself.

Has stamina from his point-to-point racing in Ireland, so the two miles on heavy ground should not be a problem.
