In the big one, plenty are in with a shout, but rain can change it quickly. The ground was considered good, but how much rain and how it can get to soft or good-to-soft is unknown at this time. So I am favourable to some rain being in his favour. With his stamina and good jumping, he might get there among the first few.

I will go with the George Elliott yard in this one. This trainer is well known for preparing his horses before a big festival and can handle the new track at Cheltenham. His last second from a Grade 1 race at Leopardstown puts him right between the placings in my opinion.

I will back Old Park Star for the win. He won recently at Haydock by 18 lengths and managed a speed of 35.84 mph and showed very good jumping. The company he'll have in the race will only make him even stronger, in my opinion.

He is with the best form in the field. Although many others have had good results, he won a Grade 1 in Dublin. He is tough. He can play the tactical part and can also come from behind if others race too keen. I think he'll be among the placings.
