This horse ran in Group company when trained in France. He has since switched stables to Ian Williams, who does well with such horses. He clearly had a schooling exercise at this track last time and finished with a run under a first-time hood. With Billy booked for the ride tonight, we could see a totally different horse, and with the odds on offer this makes an interesting each-way bet.

The trainer and jockey combination are up to level stakes, and the trainer has only sent one for this last race at Newcastle. Running off 61 today, the horse has previously won twice off 62, and Connor takes off 3 lb, making this a good each-way bet at the odds.

It has since switched stables and is having its first run for Ian Williams, who does well with these types of horses. It's had a prep race over hurdles and now returns to Wolverhampton racing off 81. At the odds and with an each-way play, being the dead 8, it's surely worth a bet today.
