CAROLINA JETSTREAM shouldn't be this price. This filly has every chance of improving enough to feature here and has already proven that she not only likes the track but the surface and the going too. The trainer has been in excellent form at Dundalk and also with his two-year-olds (£86+ profit to a £1 stake if backing all runners (IBAR) in 2025). I really like her chances here.

COUNTERINTUITIVE has great breeding, and either on the turf or all-weather, this combo (Frankel out of Dubawi mare) has produced horses rated between 115 and 128. I would be absolutely amazed if this horse can't get seriously involved at the finish. Big player.

I'm going to overlook the not-so-good form of this yard in the last fortnight and back WALKINTHEWOODS to come at least placed. Osian Radford has ridden once in the last month here and won. Evan Williams's strike rate here is also good (31.58% in 2023). I always think that Plumpton is a difficult track to win at, so I think that win will set the horse up well for this race. The 8-year-old is on a mark he has previously won from, and neither going conditions nor the trip should hinder at all. Interesting!

DOUBLE DIGITS looks exceedingly interesting here. His trainer is 2 from 2 at the track this season, and the rider has an awesome strike rate here. The horse is 1 from 1 over course and distance, has a 33% strike rate on similar going and over the trip. Had 5 runs in class 4 events and won twice and been placed once. It's possible he wouldn't have been seen at his best at Hexham. The last twice he's won have been on undulating tracks with an uphill finish, unlike Hexham.

PERDY IN PARIS hails from the George Baker yard, and that trainer has a 35.71% strike rate at Chelmsford City. This jockey/trainer partnership has a 19.05% strike rate when teaming up in 2025 and is profitable to follow. I always look to follow horses sired by Territories in sprint races, and this looks to be another classic case for doing so. I'm expecting at least a place here!

Her debut at Leicester was a decent fourth, and knowing this trainer, she will have learned plenty from that run. Today's distance looks to be in the right direction, and having looked at all the available evidence, I'm sure she'll take all the beating here with the market all for her. Supplicate will be the chief threat without winning.
