REGAL JUBILEE has a decent chance back over a mile. She had a good return run which should have burned off all the cobwebs ready for today. Gosden's runners on turf have a 22.22% strike rate and his 3 year olds are on a 24% strike rate. This horse's stats make fantastic reading. She's 1 from 2 over course and distance, has a 66.7% strike rate over the distance and has a 33.33% strike rate on similar going, has a 50% strike rate in this class of race and both trainer and jockey have 50% strike rates with this horse. She has been majorly overlooked in the market and I hope you'll take advantage.

KITTERIDGE is an interesting runner here for Hugh Palmer. She's nicely bred and she won at Newcastle fairly comfortably from Sea Ice for John Gosden who won next time out. Hugo's 3 year olds are in fine form and his runners over this trip are going well and this jockey and trainer partnership is one to follow. Place prospects at least.

ALAKAI is my selection here. She ran very eye catchingly well last time out and is taken to build on that run in this event. Fabre has his string in good form and the fact that this horse has already performed on this ground and Fabre has a great 37.04% strike rate at Longchamp. His runners over this trip have a 33.33% strike rate. Has a decent 25% strike rate in May. Good chance

RUMBLE B could well be set for a big run here. His trainer Justin Landy, is 1 from 1 at Hexham in 2024, has a 40% strike rate with his 10 year olds, has a 33.33% SR when Callum Bewley rides for him , is 1 from 1 with runners over 23f, has a 25% SR in this class of race and the horse is 1 from 2 over course and distance. This ought to be a good test of stamina (plenty of pace in the race) which would suit this horse very well. Looks set to make the places at least here.

I like to look for this jockey and trainer partnership. They tend to spring a few surprises and I think this could be one of them. Being by Soldier Of Fortune he's almost certain to like this ground and he's been in good form this season so every reason to think he can make the places. Worth a small EW punt at these prices.

CRUZ CONTROL Is very consistent and can go in again in this one. Tom Lacey has a decent 33.33% strike rate at Punchestown, a 35.71% strike rate with his 7 year olds, a 27.27% strike rate when Stan Sheppard rides for him (£215 profit to a £1 stake if backing all runners in 2024), has a 40% strike rate with his runners over this trip and in this class of race and has had an overall strike rate of over 21% every month this year. This is a new trip but he'll love the ground and Tom Lacey knows the horse well. Big player

UNDER THE SEA is definitely interesting for Alice Haynes here. It's interesting she's opted to run the horse here. This showcasing gelding looks to be her first runner at this track. Doesn't look the hardest introduction to racing you could get. This trainer knows how to win with her 2 year olds. No slam dunk with stable being a bit quiet in May so far but this horse has the breeding to do well in this event despite recent form. Today's jockey has a great record at this track and when riding in 6f races. Wouldn't be surprised to see this horse win on debut here.

PANDORA'S GIFT only needed to be ridden to the line to win comfortably (by 4.5 lengths) last time out at Lingfield. She's had 2 runs over course and distance and has won once and been placed once. She has a whopping 75% strike rate both over the trip and on similar going and is 2 wins from 3 runs on this surface. She's stepping up to listed class today but to be honest I think she's going to take it on her stride. She hasn't yet been tested in her runs so she's nowhere near reaching her ceiling. Rossa Ryan is back in the saddle today and is currently 2 from 2 when riding this filly. She's clearly very classy and has to rate a huge player in this contest.

ME WEE BONNIE LASS may well be long odds but having both tipped and backed her last time out she won with consummate ease. The manner of her victory suggests there is a massive amount left in the tank. Although she hasn't run at this course before she has won at Gowan Park and that track is of a similar configuration to this one. She's 3 from 4 for this trainer and she'll clearly like the conditions today. Cromwell's hurdlers have been in good form of late so that bodes well and although this represents a step up in class she looks the type to take that rise in her stride. Big player.

This should be another one in the bag for the Willie Mullins yard. BLIZZARD OF OZ has great form in the bag. He's won over course and distance (1 from 1) he'll like the conditions and is 1 from 1 when Paul Townend rides him. This Sea the Stars Colt has an excellent pedigree and although there is a decent standard to aim at if he's anything like his sire he should be able to make the frame. His trailer has a great strike rate at this venue (21.45% All time stats). This trainer has an excellent record with his 3 year olds and so far the jockey and trainer partnership has a 24.14% SR in 2024. Haggas's runners over this trip have a 33.33% SR and in April he has a 23.33% strike rate which has to be respected. Looks at least a place prospect in this contest.

I can't see past FORESEEN in this race. This horse won over course and distance 28 days ago on debut and given this horse is open to any amount of improvement he must have a great chance. Especially if you consider the fact that his trainer has a 35% strike rate on the turf in the last fortnight (jockey has a 19.23% SR). His trainer has a 41.67% strike rate at Chantilly in 2024, a 30.3% SR when Pasquier rides for him, a 38.89% SR with his runners over this trip and a 28.57% SR in April all bodes well for this horse's chances here. The one they have to beat.

Whenever Oisin Murphy is booked to ride it always looks significant. That's why I've gone for FLOWERING who was a bit unlucky with the way the race unfolded last time out in the sense that she finished first of those who were out the back. LARCHILL LASS looks very interesting in this race. I always like to follow Territories progeny in a sprint and this race is no exception. My feeling is that this horse will run well for Karl Burke and Clifford Lee, who have already had a couple of juvenile wins this season so look a force to be reckoned with going forward. This trainer has a 21.43% strike rate at this track in the last 12 months and is 2 from 7 with his 2 year olds in 2024. The jockey and trainer combo has a strike rate of just over 22% and Burke's runners in this class of race have a 21.15% strike rate. Runners from this yard have been profitable to follow in April (over £13 profit to a £1). Big chance
