Was running off a career low mark of 67 when a head 2nd of 13 in a Class 5, 1m handicap 30 days ago on returning from a 3 years absence.
A 3lbs rise in the weights puts him on the same mark as his only Turf win, so with possibly more to come from this runner on his 2nd run after a long break he looks the one to beat for me and at 2.75 will definitely be carrying my money

She returned from a 9 months break, 20 days ago, to finish 1¼ lengths 3rd of 11 in a Class 4, 6f, hcp and could maybe have finished closer if not having been denied a clear run in the final furlong.
So, running off only a 1lb higher mark today and hopefully coming on for her recent run after a long break I reckon she could have a chance to get her head in front today (or at least a first 3 finish at around even money)

Showed decent form in his first 2 outings of 2025, both on an AW surface over 7f & 8f, and continued in similar form when switched to Turf for his latest run, taking a 1¼ lengths win over 7f and having his first run on a going of GF.
His last win puts him on a record of 2 Turf wins from 5 outings, so although he has a 6lbs rise in the handicap to contend with today, I reckon with his jockey taking 3lbs off and conditions to suit I am confident of seeing a return from backing him, EW @ 9.50, for a 1st 4 finish (also to finish in first 3 at odds of 3.6)

Is on a long losing run stretching back to August 2021, when winning a 1m handicap, off a mark of 74.
Consistently finished down the field in 15 runs in 2024 resulting in a 17lbs drop in the handicap, but after returning in May this year after a 5 months break with 2 decent placed efforts over 1m and 1m½f, I don’t think we can ignore this runner as he has been eased another 1lb after his latest effort to a career low mark of 49 and looks worth an EW bet at 15.00 with 4 places on offer

This 11y.o. runner has put in poor efforts in his 2 runs of 2025 (Class 3&4), but he showed last year he still retains ability with some decent efforts in Class 4 handicap chases.
He drops in grade today for his first run in a Class 5 handicap while running off a career low mark of 109 (31lbs lower than last win in 2022), and could have conditions to suit if the forecast rain comes (majority of his winning form has come on Soft/Heavy ground), so although showing nothing in his last 2 runs, I think at 10.00 he has to be worth at least a minimum EW bet with payouts to 4 places

Last (and only) win came in August 2024 when winning a 7f handicap off a mark of 69 and continued throughout 2024 in good form (running off marks in high 70’s).
Beaten only 1 length (3rd of 12) in his first run of 2025 after a 5 months break, I think we can ignore his latest effort when putting in a run well below capabilities to finish 12½ lengths behind the winner in a Class 4, 6f handicap, so hopefully he can bounce back to form today with an improved performance (running off a mark of 76) in a race that looks a very open handicap

Had his first run of 2025 in May, finishing runner up in a handicap hurdle and returned to winning ways when reverting to chasing in his latest run (yesterday), easing at the finish to take a comfortable win a 3m, Class 5 handicap chase
His yard must be expecting more to come turning him out today and even with a 7lbs penalty he looks well worth a bet at odds of 2.20

Took his first chase win in his penultimate outing (fifth chase run) with a win in a Class 5, 3m handicap chase (Gd) so I think we can maybe give him the benefit of the doubt for his latest effort (25 days ago and only 2 weeks after his win) when he trailed in 50L behind the winner (today’s runner Grand Sabre) after putting in a poor round of jumping.
Running today off a mark 4lbs higher than his recent win, he has shown he can jump and has the ability to win races, so, with B. Doyle back in the saddle today (rode him when winning penultimate race), 5.50 looks a fair price to take for him to bounce back with a decent effort
