Without Delay is on a career high mark here for win purpose. Has won twice at this track over the mile distance, will need everything to fall just right here to score here. Last time out third at Thirsk can be attributed to racing wide there, jockey D Swift needs to be in top form and use the experiences gained from riding Without Delay in past a total eight rides so far.

This is an odd mix of 4yo plus runners who are a fairly ordinary regarding form. The two that stand out are Vin Rouge who has the cheekpieces applied for the first time here, which catches the attention in this type of race. Vin Rouge was a fair runner over this type of trip back in the early part of 2023, looking for the cheekpieces to have a positive effect. The other is Smart Charger trainer believes in this one based on recent jockey bookings of Buick, Rossa and Wilkie. Still chill with the glass of wine here.
