Fulham aren't scoring very much of late (they've failed to score in fou rof their last six) and although Arsenal dominate this H2H, they are simply grinding out results at the moment so I can easily see this one being decided by one goal or drawn 0-0 or 1-1.

Wolves have nothing to play for except not finishing bottom, and even that looks a stretch. Although Sunderland have conceded nine goals in two games, their away form (W2, D1, L1) has been good of late, so I can see them getting back to winning ways here. They have plenty to play for as they chase a top-half finish.
