Karuma Grey is certainly a horse not to put too much faith in, as he's failed to complete eight of his seventeen races. However, he has completed two of his four runs here at Ffos Las, springing a 100/1 shock for trainer Alison Thorpe in Dec '24 and finishing 33/1 second for Debra Hamer on his penultimate start. He runs today for new trainer Barry John Murphy, who I gather last trained in 2018. Shane Fenelon has been getting a few places recently.

A small speculative E/W is chanced on the Twiston-Davies team's Tally Ho Back, who caught my eye on his debut fourth at Newton Abbot last November and followed that with a 40/1, keeping on one length second behind Bass Hunter at Ascot. Tally Ho Back looked like the going (on the heavy side of soft) was not to his liking when favourite last time out, but the ground today looks acceptable and I think he'll be suited to Cheltenham.
