The lightly-raced 6-y-o Kel Histoire sees the very capable M. J. Kenneally take the reins. To be honest, I'm not sure if he's ever ridden for W. Mullins before. He normally picks up rides from Gordon Elliott.

Gaelic Warrior has a good record here at Cheltenham; a nose 2nd in the Fred Winter, a 2nd in the Ballymore, and an 8.5L win in the Arkle. Has strong claims, provided he can settle.

A small speculative E/W is chanced on the Twiston-Davies team's Tally Ho Back, who caught my eye on his debut fourth at Newton Abbot last November and followed that with a 40/1, keeping on one length second behind Bass Hunter at Ascot. Tally Ho Back looked like the going (on the heavy side of soft) was not to his liking when favourite last time out, but the ground today looks acceptable and I think he'll be suited to Cheltenham.

Beckett Rock's hurdling stats are 2 wins and 1 place from 7, and he returns to this sphere following four goes at chasing; the best of which was a good 2nd LTO. He ran a good 6th in this last year off a pound higher, and the jockey has two places from 10 here at Cheltenham.

Dan Skelton knows how to get a horse ready for this, as shown when Langer Dan took this in ’23 and ’24. On both occasions he was not knocked about in races before this. The same applies to Kateira, who looks to have been kept for this one. Harry Skelton is 6 wins from 12 together with 5 placed finishes when riding.
