Mary O'G is owned by a local chap I sometimes have a pint or two with, and he was telling me just after buying her that she's a lovely mare and a half-sister to the top-class Gerri Colombe, who happened to win both of his bumpers in emphatic style. The mare has had a little while longer than expected to settle in at the yard as l know they want her 100% ready to go from day one.

The yard's Cheltenham stats are also of note, with very similar strike rates. I recall reading 'tour quotes' in November and Oliver Greenall being pretty confident about sending Crack Ops here today. Fingers crossed.
