His last win was back in December 2021 at Chepstow over 19.5f on soft in class 2 off a mark of 130. He's running off 116 today with a claimer taking a further 7 lb off and is back over favored larger obstacles after finishing 7th of 9 over hurdles at Newton Abbot over 21.5f on his last run, which was also his first run for 590 days. So he's entitled to come on for that for trainer E. Williams, who has a good record with chasers at the track. It's more down to whether the veteran horse wants it anymore.

She's out of Frankel and Quiet Reflection, so built for stamina and speed. She's 4 from 4 wins in her career so far, with 2 wins at Curragh on debut in maiden and Group 1, as well as Group 1 at Newmarket. All wins were over 7f. Her last run and win, also Group 1 at Newmarket when winning the Cheveley Park, was over 6f. But her wins have come on soft up to good to firm, showing her ground versatility. Though I'm surprised how short in betting she is.

Likes it here with both of career wins coming here in October 2023 over 5f. Two runs later in November 2023, winning over CD. Was running off a mark of 55 that day. 17 runs since with only 2 placed runs is now down to a mark of 46, but ran well here last time out, only beaten 1.75L over 7f. So today's drop back to 6f and the weight getting from all rivals could see making the frame again at double-figure odds. A win is overdue.
