He may finish out with the washing and prove the layers correct, but he just looks way overpriced to my eye. He's a previous winner over today's course and distance and runs off the same mark today, and the promising Harry Vigors claims seven pounds. The stable had a winner and a third from its two runners yesterday, so it's a struggle to find anything negative to say about his chance. The bookies could be right, as they so often are, but maybe, just maybe, not this time.
