Winless after sixteen races over hurdles, but form has taken an upturn since returning from a break. Never got into the race at Killarney in July when appearing disinclined to race, but two good efforts sandwich that disappointing effort. An excellent second at Clonmel in June probably represented a career best, and another frame-making effort in a Kilbeggan maiden five days ago. In both of these races, he has looked happy racing up with the pace (attempted to make all latterly), and should such tactics be employed again today, he may take some catching.
