Banana is a filly who I have, sorry, mare now, that I have followed ever since her first run at Newmarket as the form of that race was working out. But she has never won a race and has been costly to follow. This is her first run in a number of years on grass, and Luke Morris might surprisingly be getting a big run out of her to hit the front and sustain the run to the line. She deserves to win a race at some point. This class six handicap does not look the strongest.

John Patrick Ryan trained Mount Frisco has not shown much at all in recent four runs, and this could be down to the ground being too quick for him to act on. As he has shown in a couple of races, winning once over hurdles and the same over fences, both on heavy ground, there have been numerous placed efforts, again with plenty of give in the ground. He has been second off 118, being three pounds lower here, can see him giving his best. He was second to Dutch Schultz, who ran well with second at Fairyhouse the other day. His jockey, Philip Donovan, takes off five pounds, and this light weight can see him being a player at rewarding odds.
