El Elefante won at Worcester with jumping to her right at times but was to the fore throughout the race, staying on well at the finish with Patrick Wadge taking off three pounds. Her last run was in a listed race at Carlisle with a third-place position. Possibly the stiff track at Carlisle may have found her out, as she is fairly useful on flat tracks, but the run would have tightened her up with stamina and be a serious threat today. Hopefully, Derek Fox can produce the mare with accurate fencing to be a danger to all in this listed race.
