This one is the outsider of Dan Skelton's 4 runners, but as a horse that I usually follow, I have to have a small E/W here. He was beaten around 20L when 4th on his first race here over C/D but improved to be beaten around 3L on his 2nd run over C/D. This jockey has ridden him twice and finished 4th both times at Uttoxeter. He drops to a mark of 125 today, 2lb lower than his last win, but has won off 132 in the past. With 7 of his 8 wins coming around this trip on soft, he should have ideal conditions for a good run, hopefully at least a place.

This is not a great race and could go the way of the favorite. This one has been running on turf with her best run coming over 8f under this jockey on his only time up. She lacked a finishing kick just short of this trip last time, and perhaps on A/W debut with this jockey back up, she could go much better and win what looks like a poor race from a good draw.

This one's only win came around this trip on soft going at Perth in April 24. He was not disgraced in 3 races over further after 6 months off but was quite poor on chase debut after another 6 months off on seasonal return. Goes back hurdling, dropped back to 20.5f off the same mark of 113, and with no problems on the going, has to remain of interest under winning jockey.

This one is another horse that I follow, and I usually get a run for my money. He won back-to-back races in June/July off a high of 130 and went close to making it 3 from 3 when 2nd over C/D off 133 and is only 1 lb higher here. A poor run at Christie last time has to be forgiven, but he was said to have excuses. Back here with no going or trip issues, he is my NAP to win this.

This one won back-to-back races over 19.5f and 20f off a high of 114 and hasn't been disgraced since off higher marks. He returns off 7lb higher than his last win but ran well off this mark in January. The trip and going should be ideal for a good run if the course suits on first run here. The stable is going well, which augurs well for a decent, hopefully winning run.

The more that I looked at this race, the more that I get the feeling this one will do better than last time, up to 23.6f for the first time. He ran 2 decent races from debut over 19.5f on soft and was sent off as 11/8f when beaten 82.5L, last of 4 finishers on good last time. He tries 23f again off the same mark but will have to show marked improvement first time here back on soft.

She is a former A1 runner and A2 winner at Crayford and has the time to be competitive in this with a fast start.
