England have had poor first halves in both knockout games, 1-0 down at the break to Slovakia and 0-0 with Switzerland, Netherlands on the other hand were poor in the first half against Turkey and rejuventated in the second, turning the game around, i predict a tight first half with Netherlands being on top in the second half.

England conceded the first goal against both Slovakia and Switzerland in the knockout rounds and on both occasions their shape went completely out of the window ans they luckily got goals in the last moments of both games. Netherlands have great pace on the counter so can kill the game off in those moments 2-0

These type of games can see alot of timewasting, due to the nature of the yellow cards being inconsequential with no chance of missing the final, the main culprit for this timewasting is typically the goalkeeper of the winning team, i belive netherlands will win, therefore it follows that Verbruggen could get a yellow

I can never trust Spain with Morata upfront, and with Yamal, although he is a decent young player, he hasn't looked like scoring and has been a bit erratic, i feel this may be a game to far for this young Spanish squad.

Hard to draw any conclusions from previous meetings due to the nature of international football, changing teams and managers, so have to base this purely on recent form, I think although Spain have played pretty well, they should not be favourites for this game, the game against Germany was very close and their so called group of death actually had a weak Croatia and Italian side, as shown by the Italians defeat to Switzerland. France on the other hand haven't played well at all, but they have the recent experience of these matches, which i think gives them to edge and value.

If you look up to definition of sh**house in the dictionary you will simply find a picture of Theo Hernandez, he literally licks his lips (watch him, he does) at the thought of fouling someone, he also loves to roll around on the floor at the slightest touch, a joke of a player but always good for a yellow.

England usualy start well and grab the first goal in these type of games, They scored the first goal in the first half on two occasions in the group stages and Southgate will be looking for a fast start, the second half England can close the game out.

Czechoa have surprised me at this tournament, Going ahead against Portugal they only lost to a late, late goal, they then showed great fight against Georgia in the second half to draw 1-1 and should have won. Turkey on the other hand were all over the place against Portugal, gifting them goals. either side can win this of course but i just edge with the Czechs.
