Border Lad is a 5-year-old son of Maxios out of Sunshine Haven. Lto on his debut between the flags, he won his PTP at 6/1 at Aghabullogue in January. He won the Supreme Novice Hurdle at the Festival last season at 4/6f. He again wears a hood and will be ridden by P. Townend for W.P. Mullins and in the colours of Mrs S. Ricci. On his debut between the flags he was 1l second at 7/4f behind Harry Lowes' 2/1 by Walk in the Park at Quakerstown last April. That PTP has produced three winners from two runners. NTO, on his racecourse debut he won his maiden hurdle by 38l at 8/13f at Fairyhouse in January. That maiden has produced one winner from one runner. He'll again be ridden by M. Walsh for W. P. Mullins and in the colours of JP McManus. He should come forward from his maiden win. The stable won the race last season with Kopek des Bordes 4/6f by No Risk At All. Looking for Eight is a 5-year-old son of Muhtathir ex Sainte des Bordes, thus a half-brother to Sortudo by Authorized. LTO on his racecourse debut, he was 3/4 length second at 5/2 behind Rojuco Mac, 5/6f, on heavy ground over 2m2f at Limerick last December. He'll again be ridden by Mr. P. W.
