Diamond Necklace is a 3-year-old daughter of St. Mark's Basilica out of Prudenzia. She is related to many black-type winners, including Chicquita by Montjeu, who finished second in this Group 1 many years ago. She runs here in this fillies' Group 1 race over 1m2f off a mark of 113 and will be ridden by R. L. Moore for Aidan O'Brien and Coolmore. Lately she was an easy winner at 4/5f over 1m at Longchamp in May. She also won at Group 1 level as a 2-year-old at 11/10 over 1m at Longchamp. She remains unbeaten, and I think she can keep her record intact here. I make her my Nap of the day.
